Արմեն Հովասափյանը իր Ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրում է.

Ազգային ժողովի դահլիճում այսօր բուռն բանավեճ ծագեց նույնականացման քարտերի վերաբերյալ քննարկաման ժամանակ՝ Արծվիկ Մինասյանի ելույթից հետո: Մինասյանը քննադատական կարծիք հայտնեց Հրանտ Բագրատյանի երեկվա ելույթի վերաբերյալ և նշեց, որ ցանկացած մարդու հետ, ով ուղղակի հերքում է Սահմանադրական հանրաքվեն, ինքը պատրաստ է բովանդակային քննարկման:

Բագրատյանը տեղից բղավեց. «Ինչպես կարելի է պատգամավորի կարծիքի վերաբերյալ որակումներ տալ: Դուք չէի՞ք, արա, որ 80 տարի առաջ երկիրը ծախեցիք, ինչի՞ եք խառնվել իրար, խի՞ եք մեջ ընկնում: Ոչ իշխանություն եք, ոչ բան, թողոք նորմալ քննարկում կազմակերպենք»:
Գրիգորիչի խնդրալից հորդորներից հետո երկու` բավականին ակտիվ և կառուցողական օրեսդրի համբավ ունեցող պատգամավորները եկան կոմպրոմիսի:
Անհերքելի է, որ ԱԺ-ն գեղեցիկ է իր ինտրիգային և սուր բանավեճերով, եթե դրանք հիմնավոր են, ոչ թե պոպուլիստական:
