ՃՈ տեսուչը կաշառք ստանալու համար կալանավորվել է
SOCIETYՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննվող քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցներով հիմնավորվել է, որ ՀՀ ոստիկանության «Ճանապարհային ոստիկանություն» ծառայության ավագ տեսուչ Տիգրան Խաչատրյանը, նախնական համաձայնության գալով մեկ այլ պաշտոնատար անձի` իր հետ ծառայություն իրականացնող ՃՈ ավագ տեսուչ Հայկազ Գրիգորյանի հետ, խմբով պահանջել և ստացել են կաշառք: Այս մասին Past.am-ին տեղեկացրեցին ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից:
Այսպես, ՃՈ տեսուչներ Տ. Խաչատրյանն ու Հ. Գրիգորյանը, վարորդի սթափությունը ստուգելու նպատակով, Երևան քաղաքի Մաշտոցի պողոտայում կանգնեցրել են Հ. Սիմոնյանի կողմից վարվող «Կիա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան: Վարորդից տեղեկանալով, որ նախորդ օրն ալկոհոլ է օգտագործել, վերջինիս սթափության վիճակը չստուգելու, ապա նաև` վարչական իրավախախտման համար համապատասխան արձանագրություն չկազմելու համար, ոստիկաններն ընդունել են ավտոմեքենայի ուղևոր Լ. Բաղդասարյանի կողմից կաշառքի առաջարկը: Տ. Խաչատրյանը, կաշառք ստանալու դիտավորությամբ, նախնական համաձայնության է եկել Հ. Գրիգորյանի հետ, ապա վերջինս ավտոմեքենայի ուղևորից ստացել է 56.800 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք 100 Եվրո կաշառք և թույլատրել շարունակել երթևեկել:
Այսպիսով, նախնական համաձայնությամբ` խմբով կաշառք ստանալու համար ՃՈ ավագ տեսուչ Տիգրան Խաչատրյանին 01.12.2017թ.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով: Նույն օրը Արաբկիր և Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի որոշմամբ հիշյալ ոստիկանի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը:

Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
