Ռուբեն Սաֆրաստյանը վտանգներ է տեսնում
POLITICSԱյս տարիների ընթացքում Թուրքիան բազմիցս փորձել է արցախյան հարցի խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացում հանդես գալ որոշակի նախաձեռնություններով՝ հօգուտ Ադրբեջանի, խցկվել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների կազմ, սակայն տապալվել է, ասում է ՀՀ ԳԱԱ արևելագիտության ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Ռուբեն Սաֆրաստյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ այս հարցի առնչությամբ Թուրքիայի կողմից հնչող հայտարարությունները առաջինը չեն, սակայն դրանք բոլորն էլ անհաջողության են մատնվել ոչ միայն այն պատճառով, որ Թուրքիան ակնհայտորեն պաշտպանում է Ադրբեջանին, այլեւ այն, որ համանախագահները, իրենց վրա վերցնելով բանակցային գործընթացի միջնորդի կարգավիճակը, ոչ մի մտադրություն չունեն ընդլայնելու իրենց շրջանակը:
«Այստեղ պետք է ընդգծել սակայն, որ բանակցային գործընթացը չի գնում առաջ հենց Ադրբեջանի պատճառով, քանի որ այն ցուցաբերում է իմիտացիոն մոտեցում, դա ճշմարտության միայն մեկ մասն է: Իսկ հիմնական մասն այն է, որ, բացի իմիտացիոն մոտեցում ցուցաբերելուց, Ադրբեջանը նաեւ ուղղակիորեն կիրառում է ուժ՝ ժամանակ առ ժամանակ լայնածավալ, անընդմեջ դիմում է սադրանքների սահմանամերձ շրջաններում. ըստ էության, դա ցույց է տալիս, որ Ադրբեջանն ընդհանրապես շահագրգռված էլ չէ բանակցային գործընթացում»,-նշեց նա:
Հարցին, թե արդյոք վերջերս Նախիջեւանում անցկացված ադրբեջանական բանակի զորավարժությունները ինչ-որ վտանգ ներկայացնու՞մ են, Ռուբեն Սաֆրաստյանը նշեց, որ տեսնում է Հայաստանին և Երեւանի ուղղված վտանգ:
«Ցավոք, ե՛ւ Ադրբեջանը, ե՛ւ Թուրքիան հնարավորություն են փնտրում այնտեղ ուժեղացնելու իրենց ռազմական ներկայությունը, ինչը մտահոգիչ է»,-նշեց թուրքագետը՝ ընդգծելով, որ ներկայումս հայկական կողմի կարեւոր քայլը պետք է լինի պաշտպանողականության ուժեղացումը:
