ՀՀ ԱԻՆ-ին կտրամադրվեն բուժօգնության, փրկարարական, կապի սարքերով արագ արձագանքման մեքենաներ

ՀՀ Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից հայտնում են, որ դեկտեմբերի 4-ին ՀՀ ԱԻՆ ՓԾ տնօրեն, փ/ծ գեներալ-մայոր Մուշեղ Ղազարյանն ընդունեց Ճապոնիայի միջազգային համագործակցության համակարգի (JICS) հատուկ ծրագրերի կառավարման երկրորդ բաժնի պետի տեղակալ Հիրոկի Մուրայամային և ծրագրի կառավարման գծով օգնական Յուկի Կամիոյին:
Հանդիպման նպատակն էր քննարկել Ճապոնիայի կառավարության կողմից ՀՀ կառավարությանը տրամադրվող ոչ ծրագրային դրամաշնորհի իրականացման որոշ դրույթներ: 200 մլն իենի չափով դրամաշնորհը տրամադրվում է տնտեսական և սոցիալական զարգացման ծրագրի իրականացման համար:
Ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ Մ. Ղազարյանն ընդգծեց երկու երկրների կառավարությունների երկարամյա և արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը: Նրա խոսքով՝ ծրագրի շրջանակներում ԱԻ նախարարությանը կտրամադրվեն արագ արձագանքման մեքենաներ, որոնք կօգտագործվեն քաղաքային պայմաններում:
- Վերոնշյալ մեքենաները համալրված են լինելու փրկարարական սարքավորումներով, արագ արձագանքման և առաջին օգնության անհրաժեշտ պարագաներով, կապի միջոցներով և այլն: Սա հսկայական աջակցություն է Հայաստանի՝ աղետների արձագանքման կարողություններին, ինչի համար մեր երախտագիտությունն ենք հայտնում Ճապոնիայի կառավարությանը և ժողովրդին, - եզրափակեց Մ. Ղազարյանը:
Հ. Մուրայաման շնորհակալաություն հայտնեց ընդունելության համար և նշեց, որ JICS-ի անձնակազմը, հաշվի առնելով նախկին փորձը, շատ ուրախ է ԱԻ նախարարության հետ ևս մեկ անգամ համագործակցելու և աշխատելու հնարավորություն ունենալու համար:
Հանդիպման ավարտին հյուրերը ճանաչողական այց կատարեցին ԱԻՆ Ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոն՝ ծանոթանալու կենտրոնի կառուցվածքին, գործառույթներին, հնրավորություններին և տեխնիկական հագեցվածությանը:
Նշենք, որ ՀՀ և Ճապոնիայի կառավարությունների միջև հայտագրերի փոխանակմամբ 2016թ. մայիսի 25-ին կնքվել է դրամաշնորհի համաձայնագիր, որն ուժի մեջ է մտել 2016թ. հուլիսի 13-ին: Մոտ օրերս ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարությունում կստորագրվի համատեղ հանձնաժողովի քննարկումների և դրամաշնորհի իրականացման քննարկումների արձանագրությունը, որից հետո Ճապոնիայում կհայտարարվի տենդեր:
