ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ Բանկը հայտարարեց American Express SafeKey®-ի գործարկման մասին: SafeKey-ն ինտերնետային վճարումների ընթացքում զեղծարարության կանխարգելման միջոց է, որը հիմնված է միջազգային 3-D Secure® ստանդարտի վրա և հատուկ ստեղծվել է American Express քարտեր սպասարկող առցանց առևտրի կետերին ու Քարտատերերին հնարավոր զեղծարարության վտանգներից պաշտպանելու համար:

SafeKey ծառայության ակտիվացման արդյունքում Հայաստանի առցանց առևտրի և սպասարկման կետերը այսուհետ կարող են ընդունել ոչ միայն Հայաստանում, այլև արտերկրում թողարկված American Express քարտերը:

«Մենք ներկայացնում ենք SafeKey-ը մեր գործընկեր առևտրի և սպասարկման կետերին, որոնք առաջարկում են օնլայն գնումներ Հայաստանում: SafeKey-ի շնորհիվ վճարումների անվտանգության մակարդակը բարձրանում է ևս մեկ աստիճանով: Սա հրաշալի հնարավորություն է քարտերի սպասարկման ոլորտում մեր բոլոր գործընկերների համար խրախուսելու ներկայիս հաճախորդներին իրականացնել իրենց վճարումներն առավել
անվտանգ եղանակով՝ բարձրացնելով հաճախորդների վստահությունը ինտերնետային վճարումների նկատմամբ և խթանելով վաճառքների աճը»,- նշեց ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ Բանկի Գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Հակոբ Անդրեասյանը:

Օնլայն վճարումներ ընդունող առևտրի կետերը կարող են գրանցվել և սկսել սպասարկել American Express քարտեր՝ լրացնելով համապատասխան հայտըբանկի կայքում։

Սպասարկման ակտիվացումից հետո առևտրի կետերը կկարողանան տեղադրել American Express SafeKey-ի տարբերանշանը իրենց կայքի վճարումների կատարման բաժնում`գործառնությունների անվտանգության մասով հաճախորդների վստահությունը բարձրացնելու նպատակով: Ինտերնետային վճարումների գծով բանկի հետ համագործակցող առևտրի և սպասարկման կետերի համար SafeKey ծառայությունն արդեն ակտիվացվել է:

SafeKey-ը նաև հնարավորություն է ընձեռում American Express Քարտատերերին իրականացնել առավել ապահով և անվտանգ օնլայն վճարումներ, քանի որ ծառայությունը ակտիվացրած ինտերնետային առևտրի կետերում վճարումների իրականացման փուլում Քարտատիրոջ բջջային հեռախոսին SMS հաղորդագրությամբ
ուղարկվում է մեկանգամյա գաղտնաբառ, որը մուտքագրելուց հետո գործարքը հաստատվում է:

SafeKey-ն ակտիվացվել է բոլոր American Express Քարտատերերի համար, ուստի ծառայությունից օգտվելու համար բանկ դիմելու կամ այցելելու անհրաժեշտություն չկա: Այն դեպքում, երբ հաճախորդը փոխել է իր բջջային հեռախոսահամարը և դեռ չի տեղեկացրել բանկին այդ մասին, նա կարող է անել դա՝ զանգահարելով բանկի
շուրջօրյա սպասարկման կենտրոն (010) 31 99 99 հեռախոսահամարով:
