Հայաստանում կա 75 հազար գրանցված գործազուրկ

Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում վերջին տարիներին ավելացել է գործազրկության թիվը` պայմանավորված երկրում և աշխարհում տեղի ունեցող տնտեսական փոփոխություններով: Լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին հայտնեց ՀՀ Զբաղվածության պետական գÕ �րծակալության աշխատաշուկայի վերլուծության և կանխատեսման բաժնի առաջատար մասնագետ Հասմիկ Թադևոսյանը:
«Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում պաշտոնական տվյալներով կա զբաղվածության տարբեր կենտրոններում գրանցված 75 հազար գործազուրկ: Պատճառը մեր երկրում և աշխարհում տեղի ունեցող տնտեսական փոփոխություններն են. ստեղծվում են սահմանափակ թվով աշխատատեղեր, որը բնակչության թվաքանակի աճին զուգահեռ հանգեցնում է գործազրկության մակարդակի բարձրացման»,- ասաց Թադևոսյանը:
Երիտասարդների շրջանում գործազրկությունն ավելի մեծ տոկոս է կազմում կանանց մոտ, քանի որ մինչև 29 տարեկան աղջիկներն ավելի քիչ են փնտրում աշխատանք: Մասնագետի հավաստիացմամբ` Զբաղվածության պետական գործակալությունը տարբեր ծրագրեր է իրականացնում, որոնք ուղղված են աշխատաշուկայի լարվածության մեղմմանը: Թադևոսյանի խոսքով` գործակալության ծառայություններից օգտվող անձանց շուրջ 70 տոկոսին հաջողվում է աշխատանք գտնել:
Հատուկ երիտասարդ մասնագետների համար գործում է ծրագիր, որով աշխատանքային փորձ չունեցող երիտասարդները կարող են իրենց մասնագիտությանը համապատասխան երեք ամիս տևողությամբ պրակտիկա անցնել որևէ կազմակերպությունում: «Պրակտիկա անցած երիտասարդների մեծ մասը սովորաբար աշխատանքի է անցնում նույն գործատուի մոտ, իսկ որոշները` այլ գործատնուների մոտ, քանի որ աշխատաշուկայում դառնում են մրցունակ և ձեռք բերում աշխատանքային փորձ»,- նշեց բանախոսը:
