Երասխահուն համայնքի 26 ընտանիքի նվիրատվությամբ հանրակացարանային տարածք հատկացվեց

Արմավիրի մարզի Երասխահուն համայնքի 26 ընտանիքի 119 բնակչի հետ կնքվել են իրենց զբաղեցրած բնակելի տարածքների նվիրատվության պայմանագրերը:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ՀՀ ԿԱ պետական գույքի կառավարման վարչությունում շարունակվում է հանրակացարանային տարածքների նվիրատվության (սեփականաշնորհման) գործընթացը: Նվիրատվության պայմանագրերի հերթական խմբաքանակը կնքվել է այսօր` դեկտեմբերի 5-ին, վարչությունում:
ՀՀ ԿԱ պետական գույքի կառավարման վարչության պետ Արման Սահակյանի հանձնարարականով` ՊԳԿՎ աշխատակիցներն այցելել են տվյալ համայնք, լրացուցիչ ճշգրտումներ կատարել, աջակցել բնակիչներին՝ փաստաթղթերը նախապատրաստելու և նվիրատվությունն ընդունելու համար:
Վարչության պետը, շնորհավորելով բնակիչներին, մաղթեց նրանց նորանոր ձեռքբերումներ. «Մաղթում եմ, որ սեփականության իրավունքով նվիրատվությամբ պետությունից ձեռքբերված բնակարանը երջանկության ու հաջողության հանգրվան լինի յուրաքանչյուր ընտանիքի համար և մենք էլ արդարացված տեսնենք մեր ջանքերը»,-ասաց նա:
Հանրակացարանի բնակիչներից մեկը՝ Սամվել Իսրայելյանը, նշեց, որ իրենք արդեն 35 տարի է, ինչ բնակվում են այնտեղ։
«1982 թվականից ընտանիքով ապրում ենք այդ հանրակացարանում։ Մեր ընտանիքը կազմված է 6 հոգուց։ Տարածքը մոտ 50 քմ է, և բոլոր պայմանները կան մեզ մոտ՝ ջուր, լույս…»,- ասաց Իսրայելյանը և հավելեց, որ շատ ուրախ է, քանի որ վերջապես սեփական տանիք ունեն ու պատրաստվում են բարեկարգել իրենց «նոր» տունը։
Վարչությանն ամրացված՝ ՀՀ Արմավիրի մարզի Երասխահուն համայնքում գտնվող՝ 2066.6 քմ մակերեսով հանրակացարանային մասնաշենքը և 161 քմ մակերեսով վարչական շենքը պետք է նվիրատվությամբ հատկացվի այնտեղ փաստացի բնակվողներին:
Համաձայն գործող կարգի, հանրակացարանային տարածքները նվիրվում են առնվազն հինգ տարի դրանք զբաղեցնող անձանց՝ այն դեպքում, եթե նրանք սեփականության իրավունքով այլ անշարժ գույք չունեն:
Վերջին տարիներին նվիրատվության (սեփականաշնորհման) գործընթացը եզրափակիչ ակտիվ փուլ է տեղափոխվել, ինչի արդյունքում արդեն իսկ 1023 ընտանիքի սեփականության իրավունքով հանձնվել է 1137 հանրակացարանային սենյակ, որից 796-ը՝ մայրաքաղաքում և 341-ը` մարզերում: Նվիրվատվություն իրականացվել է Վանաձոր, Աբովյան, Երևան, Գորիս քաղաքներում։ Վարչությունում այս ուղղությամբ իրավիճակի գույքագրում է իրականացվել, ըստ որի՝ շուրջ 897 սենյակ դեռևս ենթակա է նվիրատվության:
