Ցուցարար Տարոն Սիրադեղյանը ՀՀ ոստիկանությունից վնասի փոխհատուցում է պահանջում

2017 թ. դեկտեմբերի 4-ին ՀՀ Վերաքննիչ դատարանի բեկանելուց հետո ՀՀ Վարչական դատարանում սկսվեց ՀՀ Ոստիկանության դեմ ցուցարար Տարոն Սիրադեղյանի հայցի քննությունը:

Հելսինկյան քաղաքացիական ասամբլեայի Վանաձորի գրասենյակը հայտնում է, որ  2017 թ. փետրվարի 24-ին ՀՀ Վերաքննիչ վարչական դատարանը ոչ իրավաչափ ճանաչեց 2014 թ․ հունիսի 23-ին էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի թանկացման դեմ ցույցի ընթացքում Տարոն Սիրադեղյանի նկատմամբ ոստիկանության իրականացրած գործողությունները և մերժեց վերջինիս պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու՝ ՀՀ Ոստիկանության հայցը:

Տարոն Սիրադեղյանը և վերջինիս ներկայացուցիչ, ՀՔԱ Վանաձորի գրասենյակի Երևանի ներկայացուցչության իրավաբան Տաթևիկ Սիրադեղյանը ՀՀ Ոստիկանությունից պահանջում են ոչ իրավաչափ վարչարարության արդյունքում հասցված ոչ գույքային վնասի փոխհատուցում 465.000 ՀՀ դրամի չափով:

Ավելի վաղ ՀՀ ոստիկանապետ Վ. Գասպարյանը մասնակի բավարարել էր Տարոն Սիրադեղյանի՝ 500.000 ՀՀ դրամի չափով փոխհատուցում ստանալու դիմումը և որպես պատճառված վնասի փոխհատուցում տրամադրել էր 35.000 ՀՀ դրամ: Սակայն վերջինս, գտնելով, որ այդ որոշումն անհիմն է և դիմումը պետք է ամբողջությամբ բավարարվեր, մնացած մասով փոխհատուցում ստանալու պահանջով դիմել է դատարան:

Դեկտեմբերի 4-ին կայացած դատական նիստի ընթացքում դատարանը հայտարարեց, որ ՀՀ Ֆինանսների նախարարությունը դիմում է ներկայացրել գործով որպես երրորդ անձ ներգրավվելու մասին: Կողմերը չառարկեցին միջնորդության դեմ:
