Դեռևս այս տարվա մայիսին «Խոշոր չարաշահումներ ՊՆ–ում. նոր սկանդալ է հասունանում» վերնագրով հոդված էինք տպագրել, որում մասնավորապես ասված էր. «Մեր աղբյուրների վկայությամբ` փողերի լվացման «ոլորտում» խոշոր չարաշահումներ են հայտնաբերվել ՊՆ–ում: Դրանք կատարվել են մինչև Վիգեն Սարգսյանի նախարար դառնալը: Բացահայտումները կատարվել են ՀՀ նախագահի խորհրդական, նախագահի գլխավոր ռազմական տեսուչ, գեներալ–գնդապետ Միքայել Հարությունյանի խմբի կողմից:
Հատկապես աչք ծակող խախտումներ կան շինարարական և ինժեներական ծառայության ոլորտներում: Առայժմ միայն մեկ տվյալ հաղորդենք. մի «դրվագով» մեկ հենակետի համար, որի տարածքը մի քանի քառակուսի մետր է, դուրս է գրվել շուրջ 400 տոննա ցեմենտ: Էլ չենք խոսում ձյուն մաքրելու և խրամատ փորելու պատրվակով փողերի «դուրս գրման» մասին»:
Երեկ Պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը հայտարարել է, որ աշխատանքից ազատվել է ՀՀ ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի պետի տեղակալ, գեներալ–լեյտենանտ Հայկազ Բաղմանյանը:
Հետաքրքիր է նախարարի պատճառաբանությունը. «Գեներալ Բաղմանյանը իմ հորդորով զեկուցագիր է ներկայացրել զորացրվելու մասին: Այդ որոշումները կայացնում է ՀՀ նախագահը: Հորդորի պատճառը աշխատանքային պայմանավորվածությունների չկատարումն է, որը անհամատեղելի է հետագա համատեղ ծառայության հետ»:
Մեր տվյալներով, ժամանակին, գուցեև մինչև երեկ, շինարարական և ինժեներական ոլորտը համակարգել է Բաղմանյանը:
Մենք չենք ասում, թե գեներալը հազարավոր տոննաներով «ցեմենտ է կերել», բայց հնարավոր է, որ աշխատանքից ազատված լինի նաև նախկինում արածների համար:
