Կարեն Կարապետյանը կառավարելի է գնահատում Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը կառավարելի է գնահատում երկրի տնտեսությունը: Այս մասին ՀՀ վարչապետն ասաց Ազգայնի ժողովում կառավարության հետ հարցուպատասխանի ընթացքում՝ պատասխանելով «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Սերգեյ Բագրատյանի հարցին: «Այո, ես ժամանակին Հայաստանի տնտեսության վիճակը գնահատել եմ ծանր, հիմա գնահատում եմ կառավարելի: Այս պահին մենք ունենք 10 ամսվա ցուցանիշը, որի արդյունքներով ունենք տնտեսական ակտիվության 7.1 տոկոս աճ: Ունենք աճ արտահանման և մի շարք այլ ոլորտներում: Եվ մենք կանխատեսում ենք, որ տարվա վերջին ունենալու ենք տնտեսական ավելի մեծ աճ, քան կանխատեսել էինք»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ընդգծեց վարչապետը:
Անդրադառնալով մենաշնորհների մասին պատգամավորի հարցին՝ ՀՀ վարչապետն ասաց, որ կան շուկաներ, որտեղ կան գերիշխող խաղացողներ, սակայն պնդեց, որ կառավարության գործունեության արդյունքում նման դիրք ունեցողների թիվը նվազել է: «Ընդհանրապես, եթե շուկայում կան գերիշխող դիրք ունեցողներ, նրանց ստարտային պայմանները միշտ ավելի լավն են լինում, ուստի միանգամից այնպես չի կարող լինել, որ շուկայում նրանց, օրինակ, 70 տոկոս մասնակցությունը միանգամից դառնա 20 տոկոս: Սակայն եթե դուք հարկային մարմիններից պարզաբանում խնդրեք և տեսնեք տվյալները կտեսնեք արդյունքները»,- պարզաբանեց Կարեն Կարապետյանը:
Նա վստահեցրեց, որ կառավարությունը որևէ մեկի առջև սահմանափակումներ չի դնում և ստեղծել է մրցակցային բոլոր հնարավորությունները: «Եթե դուք գիտեք մի դեպք, որ ինչ-որ մեկը ցանկանում է որևէ շուկա մտնել և նրան թույլ չեն տալիս, ասեք այդ մասին: Մենք որևէ մեկին չենք սահմանափակում: Բայց մենք պետք է հասկանանք, որ, ելնելով մեր շուկայի ծավալներից, կարող են լինել գերիշխող դիրք ունեցողներ: Եթե մի ոլորտում կա երեք-չորս խաղացող, նրանցից մեկը կլինի ամենախոշորը՝ ելնելով շուկայի ծավալներից: Խնդիրն այստեղ կայանում է նրանում՝ նա մրցակցության արդյունքո՞ւմ է դառնում գերիշխող, դե այլ ռեսուրսներ օգտագործելով: Եթե գերիշխող դիրքի չարաշահման դեպքեր են լինում, մենք ունենք կառույց, որ զբաղվում է այդ խնդիրներով: Բայց պետք է հասկանանք, որ շուկայում գերիշխող դիրք ունեցող տնտեսվարողների առկայությունը դեռ չի նշանակում, որ մրցակցությունը բացակայում է»,- եզրափակեց վարչապետը:
