Զոհված եւ 1-ին խմբի հաշմանդամ զինվորների ընտանիքները բնակարանների գնման վկայագրեր ստացան

ՀՀ Պն տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից հայտնում են, որ այսօր` դեկտեմբերի 6-ին ՊՆ վարչական համալիրում կայացել է պաշտպանության նախարարության համակարգի 1-ին խմբի զինվորական հաշմանդամություն ունեցող և զոհված (մահացած) զինծառայողների ընտանիքների բնակարանային ապահովության ծրագրով շահառուներին բնակարանների գնման վկայագրեր հանձնելու արարողությունը։
Ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը փաստել է, որ զոհված զինծառայողների և զինհաշմանդամների ընտանիքների սոցիալական աջակցության ծրագրերը մշտապես գտնվում են պետության ուշադրության կենտրոնում։ «Պետությունը մեծ պարտք ունի զոհված և հաշմանդամություն ունեցող զինծառայողների ընտանիքների առջև։ Հետևողական քայլեր մշտապես կատարվել և շարունակելու են ձեռնարկվել մեր երկրի անվտանգության ու պաշտպանության համար իրենց կյանքը զոհած կամ առողջությունը վտանգած համաքաղաքացիների սոցիալական խնդիրները լուծելու համար։ Պաշտպանության նախարարի պաշտոնը ստանձնելուց հետո ես փորձել եմ զոհված զինծառայողների ընտանիքների և առաջին կարգի հաշմանդամություն ունեցողների խնդիրներին մոտենալ ավելի կանոնակարգված ձևով»,- նշել է Վիգեն Սարգսյանը։
Պաշտպանական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը ներկայացրել է մինչև այս կատարված հիմնական քայլերը՝ դրանցից առանձնացնելով հատկապես Զինծառայողների ապահովագրության հիմնադրամի ստեղծման, զինհաշմանդամների վերականգնողական նոր կենտրոնի կառուցման և բնակարանային ապահովման նշյալ ծրագրի ուղղությամբ կատարվող գործնական քայլերը։
Անդրադառնալով 1-ին խմբի զինվորական հաշմանդամություն ունեցող և զոհված զինծառայողների ընտանիքներին տրված բնակարանների գնման վկայագրերին՝ պաշտպանության նախարարը ընդգծել է, որ այս գործընթացում տարիներ շարունակ օրենսդրական կարգերի փոփոխություն չի կատարվել, պարզապես այն արագացվել է՝ հիմք ընդունելով ապրիլի 20-ին «Ազգ-բանակ» համաժողովի ժամանակ ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հանձնարարականը՝ ըստ որի վերոնշյալ խնդիրը պետք է լուծվեր 3 տարվա ընթացքում։ Սակայն համակողմանիորեն ուսումնասիրելով հարցը՝ ճանապարհային ոստիկանության արտաբյուջետային միջոցների, մասնավորապես՝ տեսախցկիների արձանագրած խախտումներից գոյացած գումարի մի մասը բնակարանային ապահովման նշյալ ծրագրին ուղղորդելու շնորհիվ հնարավոր է դարձել խնդիրը կարգավորել անհամեմատ սեղմ ժամկետներում։
Պաշտպանական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը նաև շեշտել է, որ շահառուներին տրված բնակարանների գնման վկայագրերում հիմք են ընդունվել նրանց գրանցման հասցեները և ըստ այդ հասցեների անշարժ գույքի գործող կադաստրային արժեքները։
