«Հրապարակ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

 

«Կապանում նոյեմբերի 5-ի ՏԻՄ ընտրու­թյուններից հետո փոփոխություններ են կատարվել համայնքապետարանի աշխատակազմում, վերանվանվել են որոշ բաժիններ, ինչպես նաև սահմանվել են համայնքապետարանի աշխատա­կիցների, վարչական ղեկավարների աշխատավարձերի դրույքաչափերը: Հ

ամայնքի ղեկավար Աշոտ Հայրապետյանի աշխատավարձը նկատելի բարձ­րացել է՝ այժմ կազմում է 400 հազար դրամ նախորդ 240 հազարի փոխարեն: Համայնքի ղեկավարի տեղակալն ու աշխատակազմի քարտուղարը կստանան 320 հազար դրամ աշխատավարձ, իսկ վարչական ղեկավարների աշխատա­վարձի դրույքաչափերը կլինեն 140, 120, 110 հազար դրամ:

Համայնքի ղե­կավարի մամուլի քարտուղարը, խորհր­դականն ու ռեֆերենտը կստանան 180 հազար դրամ, իսկ միակ օգնականը՝ 250 հազար դրամ: 250 հազար դրամ աշխատավարձ կստանան նաև բաժնի պետերը, գլխավոր մասնագետները՝ 180 հազար դրամ:

Ուշագրավ է, որ բա­ժինների առաջատար մասնագետները կստանան 140 հազար դրամ աշխա­տավարձ, նույնքան, որքան սպասարկող բաժնի աշխատակիցները՝ տնտեսվա­րը, վարորդն ու անվտանգության պա­տասխանատուն: Պահակը, անցակետի հսկիչն ու հավաքարարն էլ ընդամենը 90 հազար դրամ կստանան: Իսկ Սյունի­քի խոշորացված մեկ այլ՝ Քաջարան հա­մայնքի ղեկավարի աշխատավարձը 10 հազար դրամով իջեցվել է, ավագանու որոշմամբ այն կլինի 440 հազար դրամ՝ նախկին 450 հազարի փոխարեն»,-գրում է թերթը:
