ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբում փոփոխությունները կշարունակվեն. «Հայկական ժամանակ»
POLITICS«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է.
«Հայաստանի Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբում մեծ փոփոխություն եղավ. ԳՇ պետի տեղակալի պաշտոնից, ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանի, այսպես ասած, հորդորով ազատվեց գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Հայկազ Բաղմանյանը: Նրա պաշտոնում դեռ Սերժ Սարգսյանը չի շտապում նշանակում կատարել: Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, այդ պաշտոնում նշանակում չի լինի, այդ հաստիքը կրճատվի:
Նշենք, որ ԳՇ պետի տեղակալների մեջ սա առաջին փոփոխությունը չէ. մասնավորապես՝ սույն թվականի մայիսի 3-ին առաջին տեղակալի պաշտոնից ազատվեց եւ այլ պաշտոնի նշանակվեց գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Էնրիկո Ապրիամովը: Հաջորդ օրը՝ Ապրիամովը նշանակվել էր ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարի տեղակալի պաշտոնում:
Մեկ ամիս անց Սերժ Սարգսյանի հրամանագրով ԳՇ պետի առաջին տեղակալ նշանակվեց գեներալ-մայոր Օնիկ Գասպարյանը: Այժմ ԳՇ պետի տեղակալները երկուսն են՝ Օնիկ Գասպարյան եւ Ստեփան Գալստյան:
Մեր տեղեկություններով, բացի Հայկազ Բաղմանյանից կադրային փոփոխությունների արդյունքում պաշտոնից կազատվի նաեւ Ստեփան Գալստյանը: ԶՈւ գլխավոր շտաբի պետը կունենա միայն մեկ տեղակալ: Այդ տեղակալը կլինի գեներալներից 47-ամյա գեներալ-մայոր Օնիկ Գասպարյանը»:
