ԱԺ-ում թեժ բանավեճ տեղի ունեցավ Արծվիկ Մինասյանի և Հրանտ Բագրատանի միջև

Ազգային ժողովում նույնականացման քարտերով քվեարկությանը մասնակցելու օրենսդրական նախաձեռնության քննարկման ժամանակ թեժ բանավեճ տեղի ունեցավ ԱԺ ՀՅԴ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արծվիկ Մինասյանի և ՀԱԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հրանտ Բագրատյանի միջև: Իր ելույթում Արծվիկ Մինասյանը Õ �ակադարձեց Հրանտ Բագրատյանին, ով նախորդ օրը խիստ քննադատության էր ենթարկել սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների նախագիծը՝ ներկայացնելով իր հիմնավորումները: Արծվիկ Մինասյանը չհամաձայնեց Բագրատյանի դիտարկումների հետ՝ կրկին ներկայացնելով ՀՅԴ դիրքորոշումը սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների վերաբերյալ և դրանց առավելությունները:
Հրանտ Բագրատյանն ԱԺ նախագահին խնդրեց իրեն ձայնի իրավունք տալ, քանի որ Արծվիկ Մինասյանն իր ելույթում տվել է իր անունը: ԱԺ նախագահը ձայնի իրավունք տվեց Բագրատյանին. «Ես չեմ ընդունում այս ձևը, չի կարող մի պատգամավորը մյուսի վրա խոսա, ի՞նչ եք ձեր վրա վերցնում, պարոն Մինասյան: Ես ուզում եմ բանավեճի գնալ Սահմանադրության հեղինակների հետ, քո հետ կարող եմ հիմա էլ դուրս գալ, դրսում բանավիճել: Ես իմ կարծիքն եմ հայտնել, ես ինձ երբեք թույլ չեմ տա ուրիշի կարծիքի վերաբերյալ կարծիք հայտնել, մանավանդ որ ձեր ասածի 90 տոկոսը սխալ էր, տենց բան չի եղել» :
Արծվիկ Մինասյանն էլ տեղից արձագանքեց. «Սխալը ձերն է», որից հետո Բագրատյանը արդեն սկսեց բղավել. «Ձերն էլ 1000 տոկոսով էր սխալ: 70-80 տարի առաջ ձեր սխալը, հանրապետությունից բան չթողեցիք: Բա ո՞նց, հենց դու չես թողել, բա 18-20 թվին ո՞վ էր, չեղավ սենց, սենց բաներ մի արեք, մանավանդ, իշխանություն չեք, ինչի՞ եք մեջ ընկնում»:
Պատգամավորների բանավեճին միջամտեց միջամտեց ԱԺ նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանը և հորդորեց կողմերին հանգստանալ. «Ես խնդրում եմ ավելի պատշաճ արտահայտվել, նույնականացման քարտի համար մի վիճեք»:
ԱԺ նախագահի խոսքերը չսթափեցրեց պատգամավորներին, և վեճը շարունակվեց առանց բարձրախոսների, որին միացավ նաև ԱԺ ՀՅԴ խմբակցության ղեկավար Արմեն Ռուստամյանը: Ի վերջո, ԱԺ նախագահին հաջողվեց հանդարտեցնել կրքերը և ելույթի համար ամբիոնի մոտ հրավիրել ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հայկ Բաբուխանյանին:
