 «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսի ժամանակ Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնի սոցիալական ծառայությունների գրասենյակի տնօրեն Տեր Մարկոս քահանա Մանգասարյանը լրագրողներին տեղեձկացրեց, որ ներկայում ընթանում են նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներ:

«Ամեն բան անելու ենք լավագույն կենտրոն ունենալու համար: Այն լինելու է ցերեկային խնամքի կենտրոն, որի նպատակը պետք է լինի սոցիալապես խոցելի, տարբեր խնդիրներ ունեցող երեխաների, ընտանիքների հետ աշխատելը: Օրինակ՝ ամուսնալուծված ընտանիքի, ընտանիքում բռնության ենթարկված երեխաներ:

Աջակցությունը, հոգեբանական ծառայությունն ուղղված են լինելու ընտանիքին: Մեր բուն նպատակն առանձին երեխային, ընտանիքի կնոջը կամ ամուսնուն օգնելը չէ: Մենք աշխատանքն ընկալում ենք ընդհանուր ընտանիքի մեջ: Երբեք չենք կարող ընկալել այն մոտեցումը, թե ինչպես կարող ենք միայն օգնել բռնության ենթարկված երեխային: Այդ բռնություն գործադրողին էլ պետք է օգնել, որ այդ ներդաշնակությունը լինի»,-ասաց Տեր Մարկոս քահանա Մանգասարյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ նման կենտրոնի անհրաժեշտությունը կա: Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնի սոցիալական ծառայության գրասենյակ դիմող անձանց շրջանում շատ են դեպքերը, երբ կան երեխաներ, որոնք բազմաթիվ խնդիրների առաջ են կանգնած` հոգեբանական, սոցիալական և այլն: Ուսումնասիրությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ խնդիրների մեծ մասը կապված է ընտանիքների հետ:

Կենտրոնը սկզբնական շրջանում աջակցություն կցուցաբերի 25-30 երեխայի: Հնարավորությունների դեպքում աջակցություն կցուցաբերվի առավել մեծ թվով երեխաների:
