Ինչպես գիտենք, որ ռուսական օլիմպիական թիմին զրկել են ձմեռային օլիմպիադային մասնակցելուց: Դոպինգային սկանդալը հասավ իր գագաթնակետին: Բոլորը սպասում էին, թե ինչ որոշում կհայտնի Պուտինը: Թույլ կտա արդյոք մարզիկներին մասնակցել օլիմպիադային առանց դրոշի, թե ոչ: Իսկ Պուտինը հայտարարեց, որ ամեն մարզիկ ինքն է որոշում գնալ, թե ոչ:
Առաջին հայացքից բավական փափուկ դիրքորոշում, բայց իրականում փորձ է արվում գցել ողջ պատասանատվությունը մարզիկների վրա: Ռուսական հեռուստաեթերում սկսված հիստերիան դրա վառ ապացույցն է, երբ դրվում են այնպիսի հարցադրումներ, ինչպիսին են ՝ հայրենասեր ես, թե գնալու ես օլիմպիադա:
Ռուսական հասարակությունը կայսերական պսիխոզի մեջ մտավ Պուտինի նախաձեռնությամբ: Բայց նույն Պուտինը չի կարողանում հասարակության պսիխոզը դադարեցնել: Այն ինքնաբուխ ընթացք է հավաքել ու տարերային դարձել: Պուտինն այս իրավիճակում նախընտրում է դիրքավորվել նեյտրալ, թողնելով, որ հասարակությունն ինքնուրույն ինքնակազմակերպվի:
