«Գնումների աջակցման կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ը լուծարվել է, իսկ նույնանուն ՍՊԸ-ն կապ չունի ՀՀ ֆինանսերի նախարարության հետ
ECONOMICSՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել՝ հիշեցնելով «Գնումների աջակցման կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի լուծարվել է, իսկ նույնանուն ՍՊԸ-ն որևէ առնչություն չունի թե՛ ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության, թե՛ Գնումների բողոքարկման խորհրդի քարտուղարության գործառույթների իրականացման հետ և չի համարվում «Գնումների աջակցման կենտրոն» պետական ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպության իրավահաջորդը:
Ինչպես Past.am-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից.
«Գնումների աջակցման կենտրոն» պետական ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպությունը լուծարվել է ՀՀ կառավարության 2017 թվականի ապրիլի 13-ի «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության աշխատակազմի «Գնումների աջակցման կենտրոն» պետական ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպությունը լուծարելու և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2008 թվականի մայիսի 5-ի N 503-Ն որոշման մեջ փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին» N 382-Ն որոշմամբ:
Հայտնում ենք, որ դաշտում գործունեություն է սկսել իրականացնել համանուն անվանումով սահմանափակ պատասխանատվության ընկերություն (ՍՊԸ), որը լիազորված չէ պետության անունից իրականացնելու պետական գնումների գործընթացի համակարգման կամ աջակցման որևէ գործառույթ:
Վերոնշյալով պայմանավորված՝ զգուշացնում ենք, որ բոլոր այն անձինք, որոնք կօգտվեն «Գնումների աջակցման կենտրոն» ՍՊԸ-ի ծառայություններից, կգործեն սեփական ռիսկով և լիակատար պատասխանատվությամբ»:
