Դինքի սպանության գործով հինգ կասկածյալի ազատ արձակելու մասին որոշում է ընդունվել
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՍտամբուլի հայկական «Ակոս» պարբերականի նախկին գլխավոր խմբագիր Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության գործով դեկտեմբերի 8-ին կայացած դատական նիստում որոշում է կայացվել 5 կասկածյալի ազատ արձակելու վերաբերյալ, հայտնում է թուրքական NTV-ն:
Հայտնի է, որ ազատ արձակվածները՝ Բեքիր Յոքուշը, Էջեվիթ Էմիրը, Էմրե Ջինգյոզը, Հաջը Շերիֆ Շիմժեքը և Շերեֆ Աթեշը, սպանության ժամանակ Ստամբուլի ժանդարմերիայի հրամանատարության աշխատակիցներ են եղել: Ստամբուլի ծանր հանցագործությունները քննող 14-րդ դատարանում կայացած դատական նիստի ընթացքում արձանագրվել է, որ որոշ տեսաձայնագրություններում բացակայում է կասկածյալների հստակ նույնականացումը:
Ստամբուլի «Ակոս» թերթի հայազգի խմբագիր Հրանտ Դինքը սպանվել է 2007 թվականի հունվարի 19-ին` խմբագրության առջև նրա վրա կատարված զինված հարձակման հետևանքով:
Դինքի գործով դատավարությունում ներգրավված էին 85 կասկածյալ, որոնցից 16-ը կալանքի տակ են, իսկ 10-ը փախուստի մեջ: Որպես կասկածյալ է ներգրավված նաև չափավոր իսլամի քարոզիչ Ֆեթուլլահ Գյուլենը, փախուստի մեջ գտնվող նախկին դատախազ Զաքարյա Օզը, փակված «Զաման» պարբերականի գլխավոր խմբագիր Էքրեմ Դումանլըն և այլոք: Ժանդարմերիայի 5 նախկին աշխատակցին ազատ արձակելուց հետո կալանավորված կասկածյալների թիվը նվազել է 11-ի:
Հայ խմբագրապետի սպանության գործով հաջորդ դատական լսումները տեղի կունենան 2018 թվականի հունվարի 29-30-ը և փետրվարի 1-2-ը:
