ՀԲ-ի զեկույցը դրական ազդակ է ներդրողների համար. Կարեն Ճշմարիտյան

Համաշխարհային բանկի կողմից հրապարակած «Գործարարությամբ զբաղվելը 2016 թ.» զեկույցը, որտեղ Հայաստանն իր դիրքը բարելավել է երեք կետով, դրական ազդակ է ներդրողների և գործարար միջավայրի համար։
Կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այդ մասին նշեց ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Կարեն Ճշմարիտյանը:
«Համաշխարհային բանկի զեկույցները բիզնեսն առավել արժանահավատ է համարում։ Ներդրումների ներգրավման գրավչությունը, իհարկե, միայն վարկանիշային ցուցակներով չի որոշվում, բայց դա չի նշանակում, որ պետք է կանգ առնենք ու ասենք՝ գիտեք, եկեք այլևս չաշխատենք»,- ասաց նախարարը։
Անդրադառնալով ՀԲ-ի մյուս զեկույցին՝ ըստ որի Հայաստանը ամենամոնոպոլիզացվածն է ԱՊՀ և Արևելյան Եվրոպայի երկրների շարքում, Կարեն Ճշմարիտյանն ասաց, որ ՀԲ-ի ՝«Գործարարությամբ զբաղվելը 2016 թ.» զեկույցի ցուցանիշների մեջ մոնոպոլացման գործոնն ընդգրկված չէ։ «Իհարկե, մոնոպոլիայի առկայությունը բացասական է, բայց ընդհանուր առմամբ դա այս զեկույցի թեման չէ։ Եթե խոսենք ընդհանուր ներդրումային մթնոլորտի մասին, ապա իհարկե, զեկույցն արտացոլում է իրական պատկերը»,- ընդգծեց նախարարը։
Հարցին, թե այդ դեպքում ինչու են նվազում օտարերկրյա ներդրումները ՀՀ տնտեսության մեջ, նախարարը նկատեց, որ օտարերկրյա ներդրումներն ավելանում են: Ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության հրապարակած տվյալների համաձայն, ըստ նախարարի, այս տարվա առաջին 9 ամսում ներդրումներն ավելացել են: «Եթե խոսքն ուղղակի ներդրումների մասին է, ապա նշեմ, որ դա ներդրումների միայն մի մասն է: Պարտադիր չէ, որ ընդհանուր առմամբ օտարերկրյա ներդրումները գնահատվեն միայն կանոնադրական կապիտալում։ Պորտֆելային ներդրումները, որոնք երկրում կատարվածներն են, նույնպես գնահատակա նի են արժանի։ Ընդհանուր պատկերը ամեն դեպքում դրական է»,- ընդգծեց Ճշմարիտյանը:
Կառավարության նիստին ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը հայտարարել էր, որ ՀԲ-ի զեկույցում Հայաստանն 189 երկրների շարքում զբաղեցրել է 35-րդհորիզոնականը, ինչի հիմքում ընկած են երեք ուղղություններում կատարված բարեփոխումները։
