ՀԱՊԿ-ի հայտարարությունը նախագահ Սարգսյանի դիվանագիտական քաղաքականության հաջողությունն է. Էդուարդ Շարմազանով

Քիչ առաջ ավարտված Հայաստանի հանրապետական կուսակցության գործադիր մարմնի նիստում քննարկվել են արտաքին քաղաքականությանը վերաբերող, ներքաղաքական ու ներկուսակցական տարբեր հարցեր. նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին հայտնեց կուսակցության խոսնակ, Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը՝ հավելելով, որ նիստին քննարկել են նաև նախագահ Սարգսյանի այցերը:
«Նոյեմբերի 30-ին պարոն նախագահը, տեղյակ եք, որ մասնակցել է ՀԱՊԿ խորհրդի նստաշրջանին, որտեղ ընդունվել է հռչակագիր ու հայտարարությունում, և դրա մեջ էական տեղ է հատկացվել արցախյան խնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորմանը, և ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների նախագահները վերահաստատել են իրենց աջակցությունը համանախագահների խաղաղ բանակցային գործընթացին, վերահաստատվել է, որ խնդիրը պետք է լուծվի 3 հայտնի սկզբունքների հիման վրա՝ ուժի կամ սպառնալիքի չկիրառում, տարածքային ամբողջականության և ազգերի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի իրացում»,-ասաց նա:
Վերջինս հիշեցրեց, որ հայտարարության մեջ նաև ասվել է, որ պետք է իրականացվեն Վիեննայի և Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի պայմանավորվածությունները:
«Սա հայկական դիվանագիտության և, մասնավորապես, նախագահ Սարգսյանի դիվանագիտական քաղաքականության հաջողությունն է, որովհետև մենք տեսել ենք, որ եղել են պետություններ, որոնք Ադրբեջանի դրդումով կամ կեղծ քաղաքականության արդյունքում փորձել են այս կոնֆլիկտը ներկայացնել որպես տարածքային ամբողջականության խնդիր այն դեպքում, երբ սա ազգերի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի իրացման դասական օրինակ է»,-նշեց նա:

«Կարևոր է, որ ևս մեկ անգամ նման հայտարարություն ընդունվեց»,-ասաց նա՝ հիշեցնելով, որ Երևանում ՀԱՊԿ խորհրդի նստաշրջանին մեկ տարի առաջ նման հայտարարություն եղել էր:
«Այստեղ ավելացել է Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի և Վիեննայի պայմանավորվածությունների իրացումը, ինչը շատ կարևոր է մեզ համար»,-նկատեց նա՝ հավելելով, որ Ադրբեջանը մշտապես խոսափում էր այս պայմանավորվածությունների իրականացումից։
