Արցախի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել՝ հերքելով ադրբեջանական քարոզչամեքենայի հերթական սուտը: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից, հայտարարության մեջ մասնավորապես ասվում է.
«Պաշտոնական Բաքվի քարոզչամեքենայի՝ հայկական բանակի կողմից հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման վերաբերյալ ամեն օր տարածվող միօրինակ ու միապաղաղ հաղորդագրությունները, ինչպես նաև դեկտեմբերի 8-ի տեղեկատվությունը, թե իբր արցախյան բանակը խոշոր տրամաչափի գնդացիրներից և ականանետերից կրակ է վարել Աղդամի շրջանի Օրթա Քարվենդ բնակավայրի ուղղությամբ, իրականությանը չեն համապատասխանում:
Արցախի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հայտարարում է, որ ՊԲ առաջապահ ստորաբաժանումները խստորեն հետևում են հրադադարի պահպանման ռեժիմին և երբեք չեն թիրախավորում խաղաղ բնակավայրերը, իսկ առաջնագծում հակառակորդի հետագա սադրանքների դեպքում ամբողջ պատասխանատվությունն ընկնելու է ադրբեջանական կողմի վրա»:
