Վաչե Տերտերյանը վստահեցնում է` համայնքների խոշորացման գործընթացում անկանխատեսելի խնդիր չի առաջացել

ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման փոխնախարար Վաչե Տերտերյանը համայնքների խոշորացման ծրագրի արդյունքները գոհացուցիչ է համարում: Նրա խոսքով` դա բոլորովին այն պատճառով չէ, որ խնդիրներ չեն առաջացել ու ամեն ինչ հարթ է ընթացել, այլ ծագած բոլոր դժվարություններն ու խնդիրները կանխատեսելի են եղել: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` այս մասին պաշտոնյան նշեց Դիլիջանում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում:
«Մենք ունեցել ենք համաչափ ընտրություններ, ունենք ձևավորված տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմիններ, այսինքն`ավագանիներ, ունենք համայնքիղեկավարներ և արդեն իսկ ընթացքի մեջ են նրանց աշխատակազմերիձևավորման և բնականոն աշխատանքային հունի մեջ մտնելուգործընթացները: Դժվարություններ, ինչ խոսք, կան, որոնք կապված են աշխատակազմերի ձևավորման, դրանցում փոփոխություններ կատարելու հետ, որովհետև շատ նուրբ, զգայուն թեմա է: Մենք որևէ տեղ որևէ մեծ խնդիր չունենք, եթե նույնիսկ մեկ-երկու անհարթություններ կան, դրանք լուծելովառաջ ենք գնում»,-ասաց փոխնախարարը:
Ինչ վերաբերում է ծրագրի հետագա ընթացքին, ապա Վաչե Տերտերյանն ասաց, որ նախատեսում են 2018 թվականին այն շարունակել ու ավարտին հասցնել: «Մերծրագրային նպատակը 2018 թվականին վարչատարածքային բարեփոխումներնավարտելն է»,- հավելեց պաշտոնյան: Նրա խոսքով` այս պահին դժվար է հստակ թիվ նշել, թե քանի համայնք ի վերջո կձևավորվի, քանի որ այս բարեփոխումով թվաբանական խնդիր չի լուծվում: «Կարելի է ուղղակի արձանագրել, որ մենք շուրջ 450 համայնքների խոշորացման արդյունքում ունենք 52 համայնք, այսինքն՝ 8-9 միջինհամայնք` մեկում, բայց դա որևէ կերպ չի բացառում ունենալ 20-30 համայնք՝ մի դեպքում, մեկ այլ դեպքում` 3 համայնք»,-հավելեց պաշտոնյան:
Դեկտեմբերի 8-9-ին Դիլիջանում անցկացվել է ՀՀ համայնքների խորհրդաժողովը, որին մասնակցել են ՀՀ մարզպետներ, համայնքապետեր, շահագրգիռկազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ: Խորհրդաժողովի առանցքում տնտեսական զարգացմանը միտված ծրագրերի քննարկումն է եղել:
