Բոլորը սպասում են հաջորդ տարվա ապրիլին: Ներքաղաքական զարգացումները հուշում են, որ կրկին ունենալու ենք նոր կառավարություն: Թե ինչպիսին կլինի նոր կառավարության կազմը մենք չգիտենք: Գիտենք միայն մի բան, որ ներկայիս կառավարությունը չի արդարացնում իրեն: Դրա մասին խոսում են թե վիճակագրական ցուցանիշները, թե հասարակության վիճակը: Հասկանալի է, որ որևէ կառավարություն չի կարող մեկ ամսում Հայաստանը դրախտավայրի վերածել: Նման սպասելիք որևէ մեկը չի կարող ունենալ: Բայց կառավարության աշխատանքի արդյունավետությունը չափելու համար պետք է դուրս գանք մեծ-մեծ խոստումների դաշտից ու նայենք երկու հանգամանքի ՝ իրական արվող գործերին ու հասարակության հետ երկխոսությանը:


Հայաստանի վերջին երեք կառավարություններից միայն մեկն է, որ աչքի է ընկել գեղեցիկ խոստումների փոխարեն ռեալ գործեր անելով, հասարակությանը հեգնելու փոխարեն խոցելի խավերի, կոնկրետ խնդիրներով դժգոհող քաղաքացիների հետ երկխոսելու պատրաստակամությամբ: Եվ դա Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի կառավարությունն էր: Հովիկ Աբրահամյանին կարելի է մեղադրել, որ ի տարբերություն իր նախորդ ու իր հաջորդ կառավարությունների գեղեցիկ ինքնագովազդով չէր զբաղվում, ֆորումներով ու կոնֆերանսներով չէր փորձում գործի իմիտացիա ստեղծել: Հայաստանյան տնտեսության համար ծանր պայմաններում Աբրահամյանը ստանձնել էր վարչապետությունը և իր փորձի ու հմտությունների շնորհիվ կարողացավ խուսափել ճգնաժամից: Անընդհատ հանդիպումները գործարար միջավայրի բոլոր շերտերի հետ ՝ խոշորներից մինչև մանր ու միջին բիզնես, ամուր կապերը Վրաստանի ու Իրանի հետ, Իրանից տարանցիկ գազի արտահանումը ու դրա միջոցով ահռելի տնտեսական օգուտներից բացի Հայաստանի քաղաքական դերի բարձրացումը պայմանավորված էին Աբրահամյանի աշխատասիրության ու հեռանկարային մոտեցումների հետ: 

Բայց սա հարցի, այսպես ասած պաշտոնական կողմն է: Հասարակ քաղաքացուն հաճախ ավելի հետաքրքրական է կոնկրետ խնդիրը, որին ինքն այդ պահին բախվել է: Այս իմաստով ևս Աբրահամյանը չէր կաշկանդվում՝ հանդիպում էր բոլորի հետ, փորձում հնարավորության դեպքում օժանդակել, հարցը մտցնել օրակարգ, լուծել այն, հասկանալ մարդկանց մտահոգությունները: Իսկ չէր կաշկանդվում, որովհետև ինքն էլ էր հասարակ ժողովրդի մասնիկ, չէր հեգնում ժողովրդին, բարձր տեղից չէր նայում մարդկանց, որովհետև ինքն էլ այդ ժողովրդի մի մասն էր, ով իշխանության բարձր օղակների հասել էր ներքևից ՝ աշխատասիրության շնորհիվ անցնելով դեպի վերև տանող բոլոր սանդուղքները, ոչ թե ոմանց նման նշանակվելով հովանավորների կողմից: Հասարակությունը ՝ Աբրահամյանի ՝ երկխոսելու ձգտումը գնահատում էր: Գնահատում է մանավանդ հիմա, երբ իր ձայնն այլևս լսելի չի դարձել:
