Ի՞նչ և ու՞մ է ներել Սարգսյանը

Սարգսյանի դիլիջանյան ելույթը շատ քննարկվվեց: Նրա կողմից հնչեցված երկարաշունչ ելույթում տեղ էին գտել մի շարք մեսիջներ, որոնց թիրախում թե հանրությունն էր, թե իշխանության ցածր օղակը: Սարգսյանը խոսեց նաև գյուղապետերին ներելու մասին, ժամանակ տվեց նրանց: Մինչ այդ էլ բազմիցս խոսել էր այն մասին, որ կոռոպցիան ազգային անվտանգության սպառնալիք է:
Այս և մյուս նմանատիպ հայտարարությունները, սակայն, մնում են սոսկ որպես հայտարարություն ու չեն վերածվում գործի: Կամ Սարգսյանն է պարզապես ուժ ցույց տալիս յուրայինների շրջանում կամ ցանկանում է ինչ-որ բան փոխել, բայց բավարար քաղաքական կամք չունի: Քաղաքական կամք այն իմաստով, որ հնարավոր չէ քանդել այն աղբյուրը, որից անձամբ ես ջուր խմում:
Ասել է թե ՝ Եվրոմիության հետ ստորագրված համաձայնագիրը ենթադրելու էր Սարգսյանի կողմից կոշտ ներքաքաղաքական դիրքորոշումներ, որոշ գյուղապետեր, դատավորներ ցուցադրաբար պատժվելու էին: Բայց դա լինելու էր արտաքին օրակարգ, ոչ թե ներքին: Ներքին նման օրակարգ իշխանությունն ունենալ չի կարող, որովհետև կնշանակի կտրել այն ճյուղը, որի վրա նստած են: Կոռուպցիան որպես համակարգ, այդ ցանցի գործունեությունն ընտրությունից ընտրություն դարձել են իշխանության վերարտադրության երաշխիքները: Այդ երաշխիքներից հրաժարվել կարելի է միայն այլընտրանքային երաշխիքների առկայության դեպքում:
Իսկ նման երաշխիքներ չկան: Միայն անցյալ տարում չորս տարբեր խմբեր ցանկացել են զենքով երկրում քաղաքական իրավիճակ փոխել: Սա նշանակում է, որ հանրային վստահություն Սարգսյանը չի վայելում ու որևէ ներքին պահանջարկ ՝ բարեփոխել յուրայինների իր բանակը նա չունի:
