«Զիբիլի» մասին դասընթացներով իշխանությունները գումարներ է լվանում. «Ժողովուրդ»
ECONOMICS«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է․
«Վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի «Մաքուր Հայաստան» ծրագիրը սկզբում քմծիծաղով ընդունվեց, երբ պարզ դարձավ, որ գործադիրը նաեւ աղբահանությամբ է զբաղվելու: Պարզվում է, սակայն, որ «Մաքուր Հայաստան» ծրագրի շրջանակներում իշխանությունները պարզապես գումարներ են լվանում, ֆինանսական միջոցներն անտեղի վատնում:
Մասնավորապես կառավարությունը, հանձին Արմավիրի մարզպետարանի, Չեխիայի Հանրապետությունից 4 մլն 300 հազար դրամի աջակցություն է խնդրել, որպեսզի այնտեղ աղբահանության տեսակավորման թեմայով դասընթացներ կազմակերպվեն: Սա ամենեւին էլ նախատոնական հումոր չէ, ոչ էլ անեկդոտ:
ՀՀ կառավարությունը վաղվա նիստում պատրաստվում է հաստատել Չեխիայի դեսպանատան կողմից ֆինասավորված եւ Արմավիրի մարզպետարանի կողմից կազմակերպված «Ավելի կանաչ Հայաստան, աղբի տեսակավորում» թեմայով դասընթացների եւ քարոզչության ծրագրի նախահաշիվը. այդ հարցն ընդգրկված է օրակարգում:
Նման դասընթացների արդյունավետությունը դժվար չէ կռահել. իրականում այսպես հերթական գումարներն են քամուն տրվելու: Հետո, համաձայնեք, ամոթ է, որ արդեն իշխանությունները գումար են մուրում նման թեմաներով դասընթացների համար, եւ սա այն դեպքում, երբ, օրինակ, ԱԺ նախկին փոխխոսնակը 2 մլն դրամ է ծախսում բջջային հեռախոսի համար (այն էլ՝ պետբյուջեից):
Իսկ ժամանակին հասարակությունը ծիծաղեց, երբ լսեց, որ նախկին վարչապետ Տիգրան Սարգսյանը կովը կթելու, իսկ մինչ այդ կովի կուրծքը գոլ ջրով լվանալու եւ փափուկ սրբիչով չորացնելու մասին դասախոսություններ էր անում:
Ի դեպ, որպես պետական քարոզչություն՝ հանրային հեռուստաընկերությունը սոցիալական գովազդ է անում, թե «աղբի տեղը աղբամանն է», բայց Արմավիրում, փաստորեն, աղբամաններ են փնտրում, որ տեսակավորեն աղբը»:
