Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողով նրա ներկայացրած գույքի և եկամուտների 2017 թ. տարեկան հայտարարագրում առկա է չորս մարդատար ավտոմոբիլային տրանսպորտային միջոց՝ TOYOTA COROLLA 1.6 , BENTLEY MULSANNE 6.8L, ROLLS-ROYCE GHOST, BMW X6 5.0 I, ինչպես նաև բեռնատար (բեռնաուղևորատար) ավտոմոբիլային տրանսպորտի միջոց՝ FORD TRANSIT FT 100 2.5TD:
Նշված տրանսպորտային միջոցներից առնվազն երկուսը գերթանկարժեք են և «մուրազ»՝ շատ ավտոսիրողների համար: Ալեքսանյանը հայտարարագրել է նաև 368 000. 000.00 դրամ բաժնետոմս, որպես դրամական միջոց՝ 180 մլն. դրամ, 1 մլն. 250 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար, 620 հազար եվրո:
Ուշագրավ է, որ նա որպես եկամուտ հայտարարագրել է աշխատավարձը՝ 1 մլն. 433 հազար 883 դրամ: Թե որտեղ է կրտսեր Ալեքսանյանը յուրացրել քիչ աշխատավարձով ահռելի ունեցվածք կուտակելու հմտությունները, թերևս կարելի է կռահել՝ բիզնես դասեր տվող հորեղբոր՝ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Սամվել Ալեքսանյանի մոտ:
Նշենք նաև, որ Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիայի 29-ամյա «պրինցի» հետ փոխկապակցված անձի՝ նրա կնոջ հայտարարագիրը ներկայացված չէ հանձնաժողովում: Կրտսեր Ալեքսանյանն ամուսնացած է գործարար, նախկին պատգամավոր Գրիգորի Մարգարյանի՝ Բելաջիոյի Գրիշի դստեր հետ»,-գրում է թերթը:
