Հայ-Ռուսական համալսարանի Մշակույթի տանը տեղի է ունեցել ՀՌՀ-ի և ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության կողմից կազմակերպվող չորրորդ միջբուհական մարզամշակութային և ինտելեկտուլ «ՈՒՆԻՎԵՐՍԻԱԴԱ - 2017» մրցույթի փակման և մրցանակակիրների պարգևատրման հանդիսավոր արարողությունը:

ՀՌՀ ռեկտոր Արմեն Դարբինյանն իր ելույթում նշել է, որ Հայ-Ռուսական համալսարանը Պաշտպանության նախարարության հետ միասին ձևավորել են գեղեցիկ ավանդույթ, որը կրում է շարունակական բնույթ: «Ունիվերսիադայի ամենագլխավոր առաքելությունը մրցակցությունը չէ, այլ մեր երիտասարդության համախմբումն է: Ես այսօր տեսնում եմ իրական արժեքների շուրջ համախմբված և պահանջատեր երիտասարդություն, որը կերտելու է Հայաստանի ապագան»,- ընդգծել է նա՝ հավելելով, որ յուրաքանչյուր անձի ոգին, մարմինը և միտքը պետք է համաչափ զարգանան, ինչն առողջ հասարակության և հզոր պետության ձևավորման կարևորագույն նախապայմաններից է:

Ունիվերսիադայի գլխավոր նպատակն է համախմբել ՀՀ և Արցախի ԲՈՒՀ-ական հանրությանը մեկ ծրագրի շրջանակներում՝ հնարավորություն ընձեռելով ինքնադրսևորվելու և իրենց ստեղծագործական ու մարզական կարողությունները ներկայացնելու համար: Ծրագրի նպատակն է ստեղծել հատուկ բարեկամական և մրցակցային մթնոլորտ, որտեղ ուսանողները հնարավորություն կստանան ծանոթանալու և շփվելու միմյանց հետ, մասնակցելու մշակութային, մարզական և ինտելեկտուալ մրցույթների:

Իր հերթին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի տեղակալ Արտակ Դավթյանը կարևորել է  երիտասարդների շրջանում արժեքների պահպանությունը: «Դարերի ընթացքում ձևավորված մեր արժեքների պահպանման հետ զուգահեռ շատ կարևոր է նաև նոր ավանդույթների ձևավորումը և դրա վառ օրինակն այս գեղեցիկ մրցույթն է»,- շեշտել է նա:

«ՈՒՆԻՎԵՐՍԻԱԴԱ - 2017» մրցույթի արդյունքներով լավագույն ԲՈՒՀ է ճանաչվել Հայ-Ռուսական համալսարանը, երկրորդ տեղը զբաղեցրել է ԵՊՀ-ն, իսկ երրորդը՝ Հայաստանի ազգային պոլիտեխնիկական համալսարանը։

Այս տարվա մրցույթին մասնակցել են Երևանի պետական համալսարանի, Արցախի պետական համալսարանի, Հայաստանի ազգային պոլիտեխնիկական համալսարանի, Խ. Աբովյանի անվան հայկական պետական մանկավարժական համալսարանի, Երևանի թատրոնի և կինոյի պետական ինստիտուտի, Հայաստանում ֆրանսիական համալսարանի, Հայաստանի ամերիկյան համալսարանի, Շիրակի պետական համալսարանի, Վանաձորի պետական համալսարանի, ՀՀ ՊՆ Վազգեն Սարգսյանի անվան ռազմական ինստիտուտի, ՀՀ ՊՆ մարշալ Արմենակ Խանփերյանցի անվան ռազմական ավիացիոն համալսարանի, Մ.Վ. Լոմոնոսովի անվան Մոսկվայի պետական համալսարանի Երևանի մասնաճյուղի, Երևանի Վ. Բրյուսովի անվան պետական լեզվահասարակագիտական համալսարանի, Հայաստանի ազգային ագրարային համալսարանի, Երևանի Մ.Հերացու անվան պետական բժշկական համալսարանի և Գ.Վ. Պլեխանովի անվան Ռուսաստանի տնտեսագիտական համալսարանի երևանյան մասնաճյուղի ուսանողները, որոնք իրենց ուժերը չափել են սպորտային (ֆուտզալ, բասկետբոլ(աղջիկներ), հրաձգություն, սեղանի թենիս և շախմատ), մշակութային (պար, թատրոն, երգ, սոցիալական տեսահոլովակ և ՈւՀԱ) և ինտելեկտուալ (Ի՞նչ, ո՞րտեղ, ե՞րբ) մրցաշարերում:
