POLITICS«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.

Նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Վլադիմիր Հակոբյանը մեզ ասաց. «Շատ դեպքերում ինքն է մեր ուշադրությունը հրավիրում այս կամ այն հրապարակման վրա, հանձնարարություն տալիս, իսկ մենք օրվա մեջ, անշուշտ, անհրաժեշտ եւ կարեւոր բոլոր նյութերի, թեմաների մասին կամ զեկուցում, կամ անհրաժեշտ թղթապանակ ենք ներկայացնում իրեն»:
Ասում են՝ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանն առանձնապես «հավես չունի» լրատվամիջոցների հետ առնչվելու, իսկ նրա նախորդը՝ Հովիկ Արգամիչը, հակառակը՝ սիրում էր,- մեր դիտարկմանն ի պատասխան կառավարության մամուլի ծառայության ղեկավար Արամ Արարատյանն ասաց. «Կոռեկտ չէ որեւէ մեկի հետ համեմատություն անցկացնելը, իրականում Կարեն Կարապետյանը բավականին ակտիվ շփվում է մամուլի հետ, վերջին ասուլիսին էլ ասաց՝ կարոտել է նրանց»:
Վարչապետը ծանր է տանում քննադատությունը: «Կոնստրուկտիվ է տանում, կառուցողական, հիմնավորված քննադատության համար ինքը միշտ բաց է»:
Ինչ վերաբերում է մամուլ «կարդալուն», ապա Արարատյանն ասաց. «Պատրաստում ենք ամենօրյա տեղեկանք՝ կազմված նյութերից, որոնք վերաբերում են կառավարությանն ու վարչապետին, ներկայացնում ենք նաեւ այն վերլուծություններն ու թեմաները, որոնց արժե, որ վարչապետը ծանոթանա»:
