Քաղտեխնոլոգի կարծիքով՝ ՀՀ նախագահի ցանկացած հայտարարություն պետք չէ շատ ծանրակշիռ ընդունել
POLITICSՔաղտեխնոլոգ Արմեն Բադալյանը լրատվամիջոցի հետ զրույցում տեսակետ է հայտնել, թե իրականում 2018 թվականին հաջորդ վարչապետի թեկնածուի մասին Սերժ Սարգսյանի դիրքորոշման մասին դժվար է եզրակացություն անել:
«Մենք երբեք չենք կարող ասել, թե որն է նախագահի դիրքորոշումը, որովհետև նախագահի 10 տարվա կառավարման փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ բազմիցս տարբեր բաներ հայտարարել է, բայց միշտ հակառակն է ամբողջովին եղել: Այդպես եղավ, երբ նախագահը հայտարարեց, որ նոր ատոմակայան է կառուցելու, սակայն դա այդպես էլ չեղավ, հայտնեց, որ հայ-իրանական երկաթգիծ կկառուցվի, սակայն դա էլ չեղավ։
Ասաց՝ եթե Կառավարությունը 7 տոկոս տնտեսական աճ չապահովվի` հրաժարական կտա, սակայն Կառավարությունը հրաժարական տվեց ոչ այդ պատճառով, ասաց՝ տեղի կունենա Երևան-Ստեփանակերտ թռիչքը և ինքն էլ կլինի առաջին ուղևորը, սակայն ոչ մեկը եղավ, ոչ էլ մյուսը: Այսինքն, մի բան որոշել եւ լրիվ ուրիշ բան անել, դա շատ ընդունված ձև է գործող նախագահի համար: Նա միշտ մի բան ասում է, ուրիշ բան անում: Սա նշանակում է` այդքան էլ ծանրակշիռ պետք չէ ընդունել գործող նախագահի ցանկացած հայտարարությունը»,-ասաց քաղտեխնոլոգը:
Նրա կարծիքով նույնիսկ Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը չի որոշում թե ով կլինի Հայաստանի վարչապետը, այլ դա կախված է աշխարհաքաղաքական կենտրոնների հետ վարվող բանակցային գործընթացից:
«Այսինքն 2018 թվականի ապրիլին, կախված նրանից՝ Արևմուտքի, ԱՄՆ-ի, թե Ռուսաստանի ազդեցությունը մեծ կլինի, ըստ այդմ էլ վարչապետը կնշանակվի։ Իհարկե, զուտ արարողակարգային ձևով դա կլինի ըստ ՀՀ Սահմանադրության և օրենքների և ՀՀԿ-ն կառաջարկի թեկնածուին, իհարկե, նախապես համաձայնեցնելով դրսի ուժերի հետ»,-ասել է Արմեն Բադալյանը:
