Նոր խթան՝ Արցախի ճանաչմանը

«Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության ղեկավար, ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի նախաձեռնությամբ և ուղեկցությամբ Արցախի մայրաքաղաք Ստեփանակերտ են ժամանել բազմաթիվ եվրոպական ազդեցիկ հասարակական և քաղաքական գործիչներ: Նրանք ներկայացնում են աշխարհի տարբեր երկրների պահպանողական և ռեֆորմիստական կուսակցությունները:
Այս այցելությունը Հայաստանի և Արցախի համար խիստ կարևոր է մի քանի գործոններից ելնելով: Նախ, ցանկացած օտարազգի ներկայացուցչի այցելությունն Արցախ, արդեն իսկ դրական հանգամանք է, հատկապես նմանատիպ մեծ ազդեցության տեր անձանց այցելությունը: Մյուս կողմից, նրանք ոչ միայն ճանաչում են մեր հայրենիքի մի մասը, այլ նաև հետո՝ իրենց երկրներում, ճանաչելի են դարձնում և իրական տեղեկատվություն են հաղորդում Արցախյան հիմնահարցի լուծման վերաբերյալ մեր ժողովրդի պատկերացումների մասին:
Երկրորդ, եթե այդ ներկայացուցիչները քաղաքական ուժերի հետևորդներ են, իրենց երկրների խորհրդարանների պատգամավորներ կամ հայտնի գործիչներ, ապա այցելությունն ստանում է լրացուցիչ հնչեղություն, որն էլ ավելի է նպաստում Արցախի հարցի արծարծմանը:
Գալով Արցախ, նրանք հասկանում են, որ արթնացնելու են Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները զայրույթը, որոնց հակագովազդն այս դեպքում ծառայում է որպես գովազդ և ճանաչելիության ավելացում:
Այս ամենից զատ, չենք կարող չհիշատակել, որ առանց Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի և նրա ունեցած ազդեցության, հնարավոր չէր լինի նման ներկայացուցչական այց կազմակերպել: Սա խոսում է այն մասին, որ ռեֆորմիստների ու պահպանողականների հսկայական քաղաքական ընտանիքում հարգում և ընդունում են Ծառուկյան քաղաքական գործչին:
Կապ չունի, դու իշխանություն ես, թե ընդդիմություն, եթե ապրում ես Հայաստանում, ապա պարտավոր ես անել հնարավոր ամեն ինչ Հայաստանի, հայ ժողովրդի և Արցախի համար: Թերևս հենց այս սկզբունքով է շարժվում է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը: Վերջին փուլում, դժվար է հիշել նման դեպք, երբ այսպիսի կազմով պատվիրակություն է ժամանում Արցախ:
«Արցախի ժողովուրդն է իր ճակատագրի համար որոշում կայացնողը, ուստի՝ Արցախի մասին խոսող մարդիկ պետք է նրանց տեսնեն ու նրանց կարծիքը լսեն»,- ընդգծել է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը: Կարծում ենք, սա ամենահստակ և արդյունավետ քաղաքական մեսսիջն էր միջազգային հանրությանը:
