ԿԸՀ-ն սահմանեց հանրաքվեի քարոզչության համար ԱԺ խմբակցություններին եթերաժամ տրամադրելու կարգը

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը հոկտեմբերի 29-ին գումարված հանձնաժողովի հերթական նիստում սահմանեց Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների 2015 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 6-ի հանրաքվեի քարոզչության ժամանակ ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի խմբակցություններին Հանրային հեռուստատեսությամբ և Հանրային ռադիոյով եթերաժամ տրամադրելու կարգը և ժամանակացույցերը:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` «Հանրաքվեի մասին» օրենքի համապատասխան կանոնակարգերի համաձայն` Ազգային ժողովի խմբակցություններին քարոզչության համար Հանրային հեռուստատեսությամբ եթերաժամանակ է տրամադրվելու ժամը 18:00-ից` որոշման երկրորդ հավելվածում առկա ժամանակացույցին համապատասխան, իսկ Հանրային ռադիոյով` օրը երկու անգամ` ժամը 13:30-ից և ժամը 21:40-ից հետո. տեխնիկական հարցերի հետ կապված վերը նշված ժամանակացույցը կարող է փոփոխվել ոչ ավել, քան երեսուն րոպե:
Հանրային հեռուստատեսությունը Ազգային ժողովի խմբակցություններին քարոզչության համար տրամադրում է 60 րոպե անվճար և մինչև 120 րոպե վճարովի. ընդ որում, նոյեմբերի 6-ից մինչև նոյեմբերի 30-ը ներառյալ` օրը երկու րոպե անվճար և մինչև 4 րոպե վճարովի հիմունքներով, դեկտեմբերի 1-ին և 2-ին երկու րոպե անվճար և հինգ րոպե վճարովի հիմունքներով, իսկ դեկտեմբերի 3-4-ը` երեք րոպե անվճար և հինգ րոպե վճարովի հիմունքներով:
Իր հերթին Հանրային ռադիոն ԱԺ խմբակցություններին քարոզչության համար տրամադրում է 120 րոպե անվճար և մինչև 180 րոպե վճարովի, ընդ որում` նոյեմբերի 6-ից մինչև նոյեմբերի 30-ը ներառյալ` օրը երկու անգամ` երկուական րոպե անվճար և մինչև երեքական րոպե վճարովի հիմունքներով, դեկտեմբերի 1-ին և 2-ին օրական երկու անգամ երկուական րոպե անվճար, իսկ դեկտեմբերի 1-3-ը օրական երկու անգամ մինչև չորս րոպե վճարովի հիմունքներով , իսկ դեկտեմբերի 3-4-ը օրական երկու անգամ` երեքական րոպե անվճար և դեկտեմբերի 4-ին օրը երկու անգամ մինչև երեքական րոպե վճարովի հիմունքներով:
Այնուհետև` ԿԸՀ անդամները վիճակահանության կարգով որոշեցին ԱԺ խմբակցություններին քարոզչության նպատակով նոյեմբերի 6-ից դեկտեմբերի 4-ը ընկած ժամանակահատվածում եթերաժամանակի տրամադրման հերթականությունը (օրինակ` նոյեմբերի 6-ին առաջինը` «ՀԱԿ» խմբակցությունն է, երկրորդը` «ՀՅԴ» խմբակցությունը, երրորդը` «Օրինաց երկիր» խմբակցությունը, չորրորդը` «Հանրապետական» խմբակցությունը, հինգերորդը` «Ժառանգություն» խմբակցությունը և վեցերորդը` «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցությունը):
