Պայքարը շարունակվում է այն կետից, որից սկսվել էր
SOCIETY«Հանուն գիտության զարգացման» նախաձեռնության անդամներ Դավիթ Պետրոսյանն ու Յուրա Ավագյանն այսօր հացադուլ հայտարարեցին:
Նախաձեռնության անդամները նշեցին, որ հացադուլի որոշումը միասնական քննարկումների արդյունք է:
«Բոլորս էլ այս ամենը միասնական որոշումներով ենք իրականացնում: Մենք նախապես հայտարարությամբ էինք հանդես եկել, որտեղ շարադրել էինք մեր պահանջները» լրատվամիջոցի ներկայացուցչի ասել էր Դավիթ Պետրոսյանը:
Նա նաև տեղեկացրեց, որ հացադուլն անժամկետ է և պայքարը վերադառնում է այն կետին, որտեղ կանգ էր առել:
Նրանք կարծում են, որ մեկ ամիս տևած քննարկումները ոչ մի արդյունք չտվեցին և եթե նախապես նշվում էր, որ օրենքի 5-րդ կետը օգտագործվում է որպես արժանի ուսանողներին կրթության անընդհատության սկզբունքը պահպանելու հնարավորություն տալու միջոց, ապա այժմ, ըստ նրանց, բոլոր խոսքերը զրոյի են հավասարվել:
«Եթե 5-րդ կետում նշվում է, որ նշանակալի ուսանողներին տրվելու է տարկետում, բայց ոչ ԿԳՆ-ն, ոչ էլ ՊՆ-ն չգիտեին, թե ինչպիսի չափանիշներով է այն չափվում և նշանակալի նվաճումը որն է, ապա ստացվում է, որ փակուղում ենք հայտնվում: Եվ եթե նման չափանիշներ չկան, ապա մենք ինչի շուրջ են բանակցում»,-ասաց Դավիթ Պետրոսյանը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Ազգային ժողովը նոյեմբերի 15-ին, երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ և ամբողջությամբ ընդունեց «Զինվորական ծառայության և զինծառայողի կարգավիճակի մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը: Այս նախագծով առաջարկվում է սահմանափակել տարկետման իրավունքը, ինչին ուսանողները դեմ են: Նրանք հացադուլ ու դասդուլ էին հայտարարել, սակայն նոյեմբերի 15-ին՝ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Արա Բաբլոյանի ու փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովի հետ հանդիպումից հետո որոշել էին պայքարը տեղափոխել կլոր սեղանի ձևաչափով, իսկ այս պահի դրությամբ, փաստորեն կարելի է համարել, որ նախաձեռնող խմբի անդամներն ամեն ինչ «ջնջել» և պայքարը նույն կետից են սկսել:
