Արտակ Զաքարյանը՝ հացադուլ հայտարարած ուսանողների մասին
SOCIETYՄի տեսակ կապրիզի է նմանվում: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 18-ին, ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշել է ՀՀ ՊՆ փոխնախարար Արտակ Զաքարյանը՝ անդրադառնալով «Հանուն գիտության զարգացման» նախաձեռնության անդամների կողմից նորից սկսված հացադուլին:
«Մենք հստակ բացատրել ենք, որ տարկետման իրավունքը չի վերանում, այն կա և նույնիսկ ավելի ընդլայնվում է «Պատիվ ունեմ» ծրագրով: Անկախ նրանից երիտասարդները դասադուլ են անում, թե բողոքում են, մենք ամեն ինչ անելու ենք, որ գիտության մեջ աչքի ընկած երիտասարդները ծառայեն՝ գիտությանը մոտ լինելով: Կներեք, բայց ստացվում է, որ գործ ունենք երիտասարդների խմբի հետ, որոնք շանտաժի միջոցով ուզում են ինչ-որ բանի հասնել. դա արդար չէ, ճիշտ չէ», - նշեց Արտակ Զաքարյանը:
Պաշտպանության փոխնախարարի խոսքով, երիտասարդների հետ վերջին հանդիպումը եղել է Վիգեն Սարգսյանի մոտ, որտեղ պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել, որ երիտասարդները կներկայացնեն հստակ առաջարկներ, եւ իրենք հիմա սպասում են այդ առաջարկներին: «Խնդրել ենք, որ այս շաբաթվա ընթացքում ներկայացվեն առաջարկություններ, որի համաձայն՝ հնարավորություն լինի հստակ սահմանել գիտության եւ կրթության ոլորտում նշանակալի ձեռքբերումները, ընդգծված տաղանդ ունեցող երիտասարդների տարկետում տալը: Ինձ համար տարօրինակ է, որ այդ հնարավորությունը, որի համար ուսանողները պայքարում էին, չեն պատրաստվում օգտագործել»:
Արտակ Զաքարյանը նշեց, որ միեւնույն է, իրենք պարտավոր են սահմանել բոլոր չափանիշները եւ դա անելու են. «Շատ լավ կլիներ, որ երիտասարդները բերին այն չափորոշիչները, որոնք իրենք ցանկանում էին: Գիտեք՝ այստեղ մի տեսակ կապրիզի է նմանվում, քանի որ մենք հստակ բացատրել են, որ տարկետման իրավունքը չի վերանում, նույնիսկ, ավելի է ընդլայնվում, քան նախկինում էր գործում՝ «Պատվի ունեմ» ծրագրի շրջանակում»:
