Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի խոսքը ինչպես միշտ համակցվեց գործի հետ

Իր գործունեության ընթացքում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը մշտապես առաջնորդվել է տարբեր ոլորտների մարդկանց հետ ջերմ, պարզ ու մաքուր հարաբերություններ ստեղծելու և պահպանելու սկզբունքով։ Հասկանալի է, որ ցանկացած ոլորտում գլխավոր գործոնը մարդն է և ցանկացած ոլորտ զարգացնելու, կայացնելու համար պետք են ջերմ մարդկային հարաբերություններ ոլորտների ներկայացուցիչների և պատասխանատուների հետ։ Այս սկզբունքը միշտ գերակա է եղել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի համար։ Դա է պատճառը, որ ցանկացած գործիչ, ով որևէ հարցով համագործակցում է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հետ, նախ ճանաչում է Գագիկ Ծառուկյան մարդուն, իսկ հետո Գագիկ Ծառուկյան գորչին, գործարարին, բարեգործին։
Բազմաթիվ միջազգային մասշտաբի ոլորտային գործիչներ, արտերկրյա խոշոր գործարարներ, ովքեր Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հրավերով եղել են կամ գործունեություն են ծավալել Հայաստանում, իրենց խոսքում միշտ նշել են, որ դա արել են բացառապես Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հանդեպ ունեցած անվերապահ վստահության և նրա բարձր հեղինակության շնորհիվ։ Դրա ամենավերջին և թարմ վկայություններն են իտալացի հայտնի գործարար Ուբերտո Գուչին, Եվրոպայի Խորհրդարանի փոխխոսնակ Յան Զահրադիլը, Ասիայի օլիմպիական կոմիտեի և Քուվեյթի ազգային օլիմպիական կոմիտեի նախագահ շեյխ Ահմեդ ալ-Սաբահը և բազմաթիվ այլ գործիչներ, ովքեր իրենց իսկ խոսքերով վկայել են, որ ունեն ջերմ մարդկային հարաբերություններ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հետ և շատ բարձր են գնահատում այդ հարաբերությունները։
Օրեր առաջ Հայաստանում առաջին անգամ կայացավ Եվրոպայի պահպանողականների և ռեֆորմիստների դաշինքի «Երևան - 2017» համաժողովը, որը իրականություն դարձավ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի նախաձեռնությամբ։ Ավելին, համաժողովից հետո Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ջանքերով հսկայական պատվիրակություն այցելեց Արցախ, որի կազմում էին աշխարհի ավելի քան 30 երկրները ներկայացնող քաղաքական գործիչներ և պատգամավորներ։ Նրանք հանդիպեցին Արցախի նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանի, Արցախի ԱԺ նախագահ Աշտո Ղուլյանի հետ, շրջեցին Ստեփանակերտի փողոցներով, ծանոթացան Արցախի ժողովրդի կյանքին ու առօրեային։
Այո, Արցախի մասին պետք է ոչ միյան մշտաես խոսել և բարձրաձայնել միջազգային հեղինակավոր ամբիոններից, այլ Արցախը պետք է հասանելի դարձնել բոլորի համար և Արցախին պետք է ներկայացնել միջազգային հանրությանը։ Սա այն դեպքերից է, երբ խոսքը իսկապես պետք համակցել գործի հետ։ Հենց այս համոզմունքով Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը կազմակերպեց մեծաթիվ պատվիրակության այցը Արցախ, որը մինչ այս Արցախ այցելած ամենամեծ պատվիրակությունն էր։ Պատվիրակության անդամները հիացած էին Արցախով և խոստացան յուրաքնաչյուրը իր հայրենիքում պատմել և ներկայացնել Արցախը՝ որպես խաղաղասեր, կայացած և զարգացող պետություն։
Սա իսկապես շատ կարևոր խնդիր է դեռ պետարազմական վիճակի մեջ գտնվող և դեռ միջազգային ճանաչում չստացած Արցախի համար, և այս ամենը կյանքի կոչվեց Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ջանքերի շնորհիվ, որը նոյեմբերի սկզբին Բրյուսել այցի ժամանակ խոստացավ բոլոր շահագրգիռ և հետաքրքրված անձանց համար կազմակերպել այց դեպի Արցախ։ Ասվածը արված է, և դեպի Արցախ այցն արդեն իրականություն է։
Այսպիսով Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն իր անձնական հեղինակությունը, կապերն ու հարաբերությունները օգտագործում է ի նպաստ Հայաստանի և Արցախի։ Հայտնի իրականություն է, որ միայն որևէ իրավիճակի վրա հիմնված հարաբերությունները սառում կամ հօդս են ցնդում այդ իրավիճակի սպառվելուց հետո, իսկ մարդկային ջերմության և անմիջականության վրա կառուցված հարաբերությունները երբեք չեն ավարտվում և շարունակվում են այնքան, քանի դեռ կան այն ստեղծած մարդիկ։ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը մշտապես առաջնորդվել է մարդկային ջերմ ու անմիջական հարբերությունները կարևորելու սկզբունքով և դրանց հիման վրա իրականացրել արդյունավետ ծրագրեր։
