Գարիկ Գասպարյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրում է՝
Տարիներ շարունակ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի գործունեությունն ու անցած ուղին, նրա կողմից ձեռք բերված միջանձնային հարաբերությունները տարբեր երկրների հեղինակավոր և կայացած գործիչների հետ, նպաստել են մեր պետության զարգացմանն ու բարեկեցությանը: Եվ ահա հերթական անգամ ասվածը փաստելու է գալիս օրերս տեղի ունեցած աննախադեպ իրադարձությունը, երբ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հրավերով Հայաստանում էին գտնվում աշխարհի ավելի քան 30 պետություններից պավիրակություններ, որոնց գլխավորում էր Եվրոպայի խորհրդարանի փոխխոսնակ Յան Զահրադիլը:Դիվանագիտական փոխհարաբերությունների խորացումից զատ, Ծառուկյանի նմանատիպ կապերը ծառայել են և ապագայում էլ դեռ կծառայեն, երկրում տնտեսական մեծ առաջընթաց ապահովելու համար: Շատ չի անցել այն ժամանակներից, երբ Ծառուկյանի արաբական երկրների ընկերները պատրաստակամություն էին հայտնել 15 միլիարդ ԱՄՆ դոլարի ներդրումներ անել Հայաստանում այն դեպքում, երբ հանրությունն իր քվեների 50+1 տոկոսը կտար «Ծառուկյան » դաշինքին: Ինչևէ այսօր ունենք այն ինչ ունենք, սակայն Ծառուկյանի ազգանվեր գործունեությունը չի դադարում և գնալով էլ ավելի ընդլայնված շրջանակ է ներառում: Սեփական խոսքերը միշտ իրականություն դարձնող ԲՀԿ առաջնորդն այս անգամ էլ իր նախաձեռնության հիմքում դրել էր դեպի Արցախ այցը, որի ընթացքում էլ հնարավորություն կլիներ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներին ցույց տալ, թե իրականում ինչ է իրենից ներկայացնում Արցախը և ինչպիսի մթնոլորտ է տիրում այնտեղ:
Ծառուկյանը հավատարիմ մնալով իր համոզմունքներին, որ միասնական ուժերով է միայն հնարավոր հասնել արդյունքի, ցույց տվեց աշխարհին, որ Հայաստան-Արցախ ամուր կապն անքակտելի է և որ այդ կայուն կապի երաշխավորներից մեկն էլ հենց ԲՀԿ առաջնորդն է, ով պատրաստակամ է իր հնարավորությունների սահմաններում միշտ աջակից լինել ցանկացած հայանպաստ գործի: Եվ վերջապես Ծառուկյանի նման քայլերը մոտիվացնող բնույթ են կրում և կարող են ուղի նշմարել հետագա արդյունավետ հարաբերությունների կառուցման գործում, որը կարելի է իրականացնել նաև պետական մակարդակով:
