Oրերս Parliamentmonitoring-ը հրապարակեց տվյալներ ամենաշատը բացակայած պատգամավորների վերաբերյալ։ Ցավոք մենք չունենք հնարավորություն հետևել և հաշվարկել պատգամավորների գործունեությունը ԱԺ պատերից դուրս։ Իրականում օրենսդիր մարմնի ներկայացուցչի գործունեությունը կարեւորվում է ոչ թե կառավարության, իշխող ՀՀԿ-ի եւ նրա կոալիցիոն գործընկերոջ ՀՅԴ-ի նախագծերը դակելով, այլ ի նպաստ հասարակական ու քաղաքական գործունեության, որը կարող է արտահայտվել ԱԺ-ի պատերից դուրս։ Այսպես օրինակ ԲՀԿ առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, ով խորհդարանական երկրորդ ուժի ղեկավարն է, այդ հարցում օրերս ակնհայտ աչքի ընկավ։

Շաբաթ օրը՝ դեկտեմբերի 16-ին ԲՀԿ առաջնորդ, ԱԺ «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի նախաձեռնությամբ եւ գլխավորությամբ աշխարհի տարբեր երկրների պահպանողական եւ ռեֆորմիստական գաղափարներ դավանող քաղաքական ուժերից, խորհրդարանների պատգամավորներից կազմված ներկայացուցչական պատվիրակության անդամները ուղղաթիռով այցելեցին Արցախի Հանրապետություն։ Մայրաքաղաք Ստեփանակերտում ԲՀԿ առաջնորդն ու եվրոպացի պատվիրակները հանդիպումներ ունեցան Արցախի ղեկավարության հետ, քննարկեցին մի շարք հարցեր։ Աշխարհաքաղաքական ներկայիս բարդ փուլում, երբ Արցախյան հիմնահարցի խաղաղ կարգավորմանը էապես աջակություն կարող են ունենալ եվրոպացի դիվանագետները, Ծառուկյանի անմիջական նախաձեռնությամբ ոտք են դնում այն հողի վրա, որը նույն այդ պաշտոնյաների եւ նրանց ղեկավարների կողմից համարվում է չճանաչված պետություն։ Բացի այդ ադրբեջանական քարոզչամեքենան ամեն կերպ Արցախը ներկայացնում է որպես ռազմական դաշտ։ Եվ Ծառուկյանի այս քայլը կարող է բեկում մտցնել նրանց պատկերացումներում։

Սա ընդունում եւ ողջունում են նաեւ պաշտոնական Արցախում։ Armday.am-ի հետ զրույցում Արցախի խորհրդարանի նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակ Անուշ Ղավալյանը, անդրադառնալով ԲՀԿ առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի նախաձեռնած այցին, նշեց, թե այն խիստ կարեւոր էր։ «Այս այցը կարեւոր էր այն տեսանկյունից, որ Արցախ կատարած այցից հետո նույն այդ պատվիրակներն ավելի օբյեկտիվ պատկերացում կունենան Արցախի մասին, եւ արտաքին աշխարհում Արցախի մասին օբյեկտիվ տեղեկատվության տարածմանը կնպաստի, ինչպես նաեւ Արցախի բարեկամների թվի ավելացմանը»,- ասաց Անուշ Ղավալյանը։ Նրա խոսքով այցը ճանաչողական էր, եւ այն կարող է նպաստել Արցախի Հանրապետության ճանաչմանը։ «Միանշանակ իրենց պատկերացումները Արցախի մասին փոխվում է, որը ողջունելի է։ Ինչ վերաբերում է ադրբեջանական կողմի արձագանքին, ապա դա իրենց խնդիրն է։ Ադրբեջանը ամեն կերպ Արցախը փորձում է ներկայացնել , որպես ռազմական գոտի, որտեղ փողոցները տանկեր են, նույն եվրոպացի ու օտարերկրացի պատգամավորները գալիս եւ տեսնում են, որ այստեղ կյանքը հանգիստ է, եւ ադրբեջանական միֆը փլվում է, նման մի խմբի այցի շնորհիվ»,- ասաց Արցախի խորհրդարանի նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակը։

Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի՝ Արցախյան հիմնահարցի կարգավորման ուղղությամբ տարվող աշխատանքներն առավել քան ակնհայտ են, ինչը պաշտոնական Բաքվի մոտ ջղաձգումներ է առաջադրել։ Մասնավորապես ադրբեջանական մամուլին արդեն իսկ մտահոգել է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի գործունեությունը։ Ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցների ուշադրության կենտրոնում է հայտնվել լուրը, թե այս օրերին Հայաստանում են արաբ շեյխեր՝ իրենց որդիների հետ: Նրանց թվում Աբու Դաբիի արքայազնը՝ ԱՄԷ-ում ամենաազդեցիկ մարդկանցից մեկի՝ շեյխ Զայդ ալ Նահայանի ավագ որդին: Նշվում է, որ շեյխերին հյուրընկալել է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը եւ այցը մասնավոր բնույթ է կրում։ Միաժամանակ անհանգիստ ակնարկ կա այն մասին, որ այցի նպատակներից մեկն էլ կարող է լինել Հայաստանում տնտեսական ներդրումները:
