ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության նոր նախարարը Լևոն Մնացականյանն է

Արցախի նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը հունիսի 15-ին ստորագրել է հրամանագիր, համաձայն որի' գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Մովսես Հակոբյանն ազատվել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարար-պաշտպանության բանակի հրամանատարի պաշտոնից: Այս մասին տեղեկացանք Արցախի նախագահի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Նույն օրը երկրի ղեկավարը ստորագրել է հրամանագիր' գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Լևոն Մնացականյանին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարար - պաշտպանության բանակի հրամանատար նշանակելու մասին:

Նախագահի մեկ այլ հրամանագրով' Արցախի Հանրապետությանը մատուցած բացառիկ ծառայությունների համար գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Մովսես Հակոբյանը պարգևատրվել է «Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» շքանշանով։

Հունիսի 17-ին Նախագահ Սահակյանն այցելել է ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության նախարարություն և բանակի հրամանատարական կազմին ներկայացրել նորանշանակ նախարար Լևոն Մնացականյանին:

Նախագահ Սահակյանը երախտագիտություն է հայտնել պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Մովսես Հակոբյանին իրականացված ծավալուն աշխատանքի համար՝ ընդգծելով, որ նրա հրամանատարության տարիներին պաշտպանության բանակի մարտունակությունը հասել է նոր մակարդակի, լուծում է տրվել բազմաթիվ խնդիրների:

Բակո Սահակյանը վստահությամբ նշել է, որ Մովսես Հակոբյանը կշարունակի իր հարուստ փորձն ու գիտելիքները ներդնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետի տեղակալի նոր պատասխանատու պաշտոնում:

Խոսելով նորանշանակ նախարարի մասին' երկրի ղեկավարը նշել է, որ Լևոն Մնացականյանը հարուստ փորձ, բանակում մեծ հեղինակություն և հարգանք վայելող, խոր գիտելիքներ ունեցող գեներալներից է, ով լավագույնս է դրսևորել իրեն զբաղեցրած բոլոր պաշտոններում:

Արցախի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատարը համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ Լևոն Մնացականյանը նույն եռանդով կաշխատի նաև որպես պաշտպանության նախարար ու պաշտպանության բանակի հրամանատար՝ իր ողջ կարողություններն ուղղելով բանակի զորացման և դրա մարտունակության շարունակական բարձրացմանը:
