Քաղաքապետերի դաշնագրի մասնակից հանդիսացող քաղաքներից Ծաղկաձորը, Հրազդանը, Ապարանը, Վայքը, Արթիկը, Երևանը և Վանաձորը պարտավորվել են մինչև 2020 թվականը 20%–ով կրճատել Ջերմոցային գազերի արտանետումների տարեկան ծավալը։
«Հանուն մարդկային կայուն զարգացման» ՀԿ ղեկավար, բնապահպան Կարինե Դանիելյանը ողջունեց նման նախաձեռնությունը: Նա «Փաստ» օրաթերթի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում միաժամանակ հայտնեց, որ համաշխարհային տվյալների համեմատ մեզ մոտ արտանետումների քանակն ավելի ցածր է:
«Քաղաքները միացել են այդ եվրոպական համաձայնագրին: Ողջունելի է, որ առաջինը հենց Ծաղկաձորը միացավ: Իրենք այդ առումով արդեն իսկ պարտավորվել են արտանետումների քանակը կրճատել: Այդ շրջանակներում կսկսվեն կրճատման գործընթացը»,– նշեց բնապահպանը:
Կարինե Դանիելյանի տեղեկացմամբ՝ ջերմոցային գազերի արտանետման ծավալները մեր երկրում միջինից ցածր են:
«Սա լավ գործընթաց է: Ծրագիր կմշակեն, որ նշված ժամանակահատվածում կարողանան ծավալները կրճատել»,– ասաց նա: Ջերմոցային գազերի արտանետումները կլիմայի փոփոխության վրա բացասաբար ազդող գործոններից են:
Արտանետումների պատճառով հիդրոօթերևութաբանական վտանգավոր երևույթներ կարող են ի հայտ գալ:
«Դրանք առողջության վրա շատ խիստ չեն անդրադառնում, բայց կլիմայի փոփոխության վրա անմիջապես ազդեցություն ունեն: Փարիզի համաձայնագրի շրջանակներում է տեղի ունենում: Կոչ արեցին ակտիվացնել գործողությունները կլիմայի կանխարգելման ուղղությամբ:
Դա համաշխարհային խնդիր է, որը մեզ մոտ էլ է արտացոլվում: Կլիմայի փոփոխությունն արտահայտվում է նաև աղետներով, իսկ աղետները խիստ աճում են: Օրինակ՝ վերջին 50 տարվա ընթացքում մոլորակի վրա բոլոր տեսակի աղետները 3 անգամ աճել են: Սա նաև կլիմայի փոփոխության հետ է կապված: Դա մարդու բացասական գործունեության արդյունքի հետևանքով է տեղի ունենում»,– փոխանցեց Կարինե Դանիելյանը:
Ծրագրով հանրապետության մյուս քաղաքները՝ Տաշիրը, Կապանը, Ալավերդին, Փարաքարը, Գորիսը, Ախթալան, Մասիսը, Գավառը և Իջևանը պարտավորվել են մինչև 2030 թվականը արտանետումների տարեկան ծավալը կրճատել մինչև 30%–ով։
