Դպրոցի տնօրեն. «Պատուհանների պատճառով չենք կարողանում դասասենյակներում նորմալ ջերմություն ապահովել»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

 

Կոտայքի մարզի Ջրվեժ համայնքի Զովք բնակավայրի` Արցախում զոհված ազատամարտիկ Գագիկ Շահինյանի անվան միջնակարգ դպրոցն անմխիթար վիճակում է գտնվում:

Դպրոցի 108 աշակերտները հանրակրթական ուսուցումը ստանում են 30 տարի առաջ կառուցված շենքում, ուր մինչև օրս չի այցելել ոչ մի պետական և մարզային պաշտոնյա՝ ծանոթանալու դպրոցի բազմաթիվ խնդիրներին: Այս մասին «Փաստին» ահազանգեցին ծնողները:

Նրանց պատմելով՝ անձրևների և ձնհալի ժամանակ աշակերտները դասերն անց են կացնում դույլերի մեջ կաթկթացող ջրի ականջ սղոցող ձայների տակ: Ավելի վտանգված է համակարգչային դասասենյակի վիճակը, որտեղ խոնավությունից մտավախություն կա, որ շարքից դուրս կգան դժվարությամբ ձեռք բերված համակարգիչները:

Քանդված է նաև դպրոցի մանրահատակը: Պատուհանների ճեղքերից էլ քամի է փչում: Ստիպված պոլիէթիլենային ծածկով են պատուհանները փակում: Ծնողները կոչ են անում ուշադրություն դարձնել դպրոցին:

Տնօրեն Շողիկ Գևորգյանի խոսքով՝ կուտակված խնդիրներն այդպես էլ տարիներով լուծված չեն: Այս ընթացքում միայն կարողացել են տանիքը մասնակի վերանորոգել: Տանիքի ջարդված ազբոշիֆերները փոխարինել են նոր թիթեղներով:

«Մի հատվածն է նորոգվել, իսկ մնացածը նույն վիճակում է՝ անձրևի ժամանակ կաթոցներ են լինում: Դպրոցը վերանորոգման խնդիր ունի»,– ներկայացրեց նա:

Դպրոցը լոկալ ջեռուցման համակարգ ունի, բայց դասասենյակներում անհրաժեշտ տաքությունը չեն կարողանում պահպանել: Պատուհանները ջարդուխուրդ վիճակում են՝ ցուրտը ներս է սողոսկում:

«Պենոպլաստ ենք բերել լուսամուտների արանքում փչել, որ ցուրտ չլինի: Լուսամուտների պատճառով ներսում ջերմությունը չի պահվում: Լուսամուտները պետք է փոխեն, կոյուղին պետք է փոխվի, տանիքը՝ նույնպես»,– խնդիրները թվարկեց տնօրենը:

Այստեղ պնդում են, որ սեփական միջոցներով բարեկարգում կատարելն անհնարին է:

«Բյուջե չունենք, շատ սուղ պայմաններում ենք, մի կերպ կարողանում ենք գոյատևել»,– ասաց նա:

Համայնքի նախկին ղեկավար Նորիկ Գևորգյանը փոխանցեց, որ այս տարիների ընթացքում կարողացել են միայն տանիքը կարգի բերել:

Զովքի բնակիչները խնդիրների լուծման հույսը խոշորացման հետ են կապում: Նրանք ակնկալում են, որ ծրագրի արդյունքում իրենց երեխաները կաթոցների տակ այլևս դաս չեն անցկացնի:

Դպրոցի տնօրենը այս հարցում երկմտում է:

«Դեռ նոր ենք խոշորացվել, չգիտեմ՝ ինչ կլինի: Աչքս պետք է տեսնի՝ նոր լավ ու վատ կողմերից խոսենք»,– նշեց նա:
