Երևանի ավագանու իրավական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովը դրական եզրակացություն է տվել Երևան քաղաքի 2018 թվականի բյուջեի մասին իրավական նախագծին

Դեկտեմբերի 15-ին անցկացվեց Երևանի ավագանու իրավական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նիստը: Նսիտին մասնակցում էին 16 անդամներից 14-ը/«Հանրապետական կուսակցություն»,«Ելք» խմբակցություններից, անկախ ավագանի/,
Նիստը վարում էր հանձնաժողովի նախագահի տեղակալ Գ. Միանասյանը:
Հանձնաժողովի նիստին հրավիրված էին և մասնակցում էին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի անշարժ գույքի կառավարման վարչության պետ Ա. Ամյանը և տրանսպորտի վարչության պետ Հ. Նավասարդյանը:
Հանձնաժողովի նիստի ընթացքում քննարկվել են Երևան քաղաքի 2018 թվականի բյուջեի մասին, Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի և Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի միջև ստորագրված «Երևանի էներգաարդյունավետության» ֆինանսական պայմանագիրը հաստատելու մասին, Երևանի սեփականություն համարվող գույքի կառավարման կարգը հաստատելու մասին իրավական ակտերի նախագծերը, մի քանի կազմակրեպությունների ծառայողական ավտոկայանատեղ կազմակերպելու իրավունք տալու մասին, ինչպես նաև կազմակերպված ծառայողական ավտոկայանատեղերի շահագործումը շարունակելու իրավունք տալու մասին իրավական ակտերի նախագծերը:
