Երեկ մամուլում լուրեր հրապարակվեցին, որ «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության պատգամավորներ Սերգեյ Բագրատյանի և Արթուր Մանուկյանի միջև խորհրդարանում ծեծկռտուք է եղել: Ըստ այդ լուրերի՝ միջադեպը եղել է Սահմանադրական օրենք՝ Դատական օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին նախագծի քվեարկությունից հետո, որը բոյկոտել էր նաև «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցությունը: Ծեծկռտուքի պատճառն, ըստ լուրերի, եղել է այն, որ Ս. Բագրատյանն իբր հայհոյել է Նապոլեոն Ազիզյանին՝ իր քվեարկության համար: «Փաստ»-ի հետ զրույցում «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Սերգեյ Բագրատյանը հերքեց տարածված լուրերը:

«Ոչ մի միջադեպ չի եղել: Նման որևէ բան չի եղել: ԱԺ-ում քվեարկություն կար, որը մենք բոյկոտեցինք, չքվեարկեցինք: Քվեարկությունից հետո աշխատանքային քննարկում էր խմբակցությունում: Բնականաբար, քննարկման ընթացքում բարձրաձայն խոսակցություններ են եղել: Ընդամենը սա է, ոչ մի խնդիր չկա: Մենք մեկ և միասնական թիմ ենք, որևէ խնդիր չի եղել ու չկա»,-ասաց պատգամավորը:

Հավելենք, որ ԱԺ ամբիոնից «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության քարտուղար Վահե Էնֆիաջյանը ևս անդրադարձել էր «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության անդամ Նապոլեոն Ազիզյանի՝ «Դատական օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին» նախագծի քվեարկության հետ կապված պատմությանը: Նա պարզաբանել էր. «Ն. Ազիզյանը չի մասնակցել «Դատական օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին» նախագծի քվեարկությանը: Խորհրդարանական պետության համար նման գործելաոճն անընդունելի է: Ուզում եմ պաշտոնապես հրապարակել Ն. Ազիզյանի դիմումը, որն արդեն ներկայացվել է ԱԺ նախագահին»,-ասել է Վ. էնֆիաջյանը ու ընդգծել, որ օրենքի նախագծի քվեարկությանը չեն մասնակցել թե՛ Ն. Ազիզյանը և թե՛ խմբակցության մյուս անդամները, քանի որ խմբակցության կողմից քվեարկությանը չմասնակցելու որոշում է եղել:
