Բնապահպանության նախարարությունը «Ակվեստի»՝ մարմար արդյունահանելու նախագիծն ուղարկել է լրամշակման

Նախորդ ուրբաթ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ջիլ համայնքում տեղի ունեցան հանրային լսումներ Ջիլի դոլոմիտային մարմարի երևակումում երկրաբանական ուսումնասիրություններ կատարելու նպատակով։ Լսումներն անցան գրեթե միաձայն համաձայնությամբ, չնայած որ Սևանի հիմնահարցերի հանձնաժողովի օրակարգից այս նախագծի քննարկումը հանվել էր, և թվում էր, թե այն պետք է չեղարկվեր։ Միաժամանակ, պարզվում է, որ «Ակվեստի» հայտի վերաբերյալ Բնապահպանության նախարարությունը դեռևս դրական եզրակացություն չի տվել:։
Բնապահպանության նախարարության «Շրջակա միջավայրի վրա ազդեցության փորձաքննության» ՊՈԱԿ–ից «Փաստ»–ին տեղեկացրին, թե հաշվի առնելով, որ նախագիծն իրականացվում է Սևանի ավազանում, նախարարությունը ներկայացրել է որոշ դիտարկումներ ու հարցեր, իսկ նախագիծը վերադարձրել են լրակազմման:
ՊՈԱԿ–ի կողմից մատնանշվել են մի քանի դիտողություններ։
Նախևառաջ նախատեսվող գործունեությունն իրականացվելու է Սևանա լճի ջրահավաք ավազանում՝ անմիջական ազդեցության գոտում, ինչի հետ կապված անհրաժեշտ է ստանալ «Սևանա լճի հիմնահարցերի հանձնաժողովի» կարծիքը կամ եզրակացությունը, ինչպես նաև ներկայացնել Սևանա լճի և հատուկ պահպանվող տարածքների վրա ազդեցությունների բացառմանը, նվազեցմանն ու փոխհատուցմանն ուղղված բնապահպանական միջոցառումների ծրագիրը:
ՊՈԱԿ–ի կողմից արձանագրվել է, որ աշխատանքային ծրագրում և նախնական գնահատման հայտում կան անհամապատասխանություններ ռեկուլտիվացիոն աշխատանքների կատարման վերաբերյալ և անհրաժեշտ է կատարել համապատասխան ճշգրտումներ:
Վերջին պահանջն էլ ընդերքօգտագործման թափոնների կառավարման պլանը ներկայացնելու մասին է՝ այն համապատասխանեցնելով կառավարության 2017 թ․ 676–Ն որոշման հավելված 1–ի պահանջներին: Անհրաժեշտ է ներկայացնել միջոցառումների իրականացման համար անհրաժեշտ ծախսերի գումարային գնահատումն՝ արդի շուկայական արժեքներին համապատասխան:
Միայն այս պահանջներն ի կատար ածելուց հետո նախարարությունը հետկանչ արված նախագծին՝ նշված վայրում հանքարդյունաբերություն իրականացնելուն, դեմ չի լինի։
