Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի կողմից գործարար միջավայրի բարելավմանն ուղղված նախաձեռնություններն արժանացել են ՀՀ կառավարության հավանությանը

Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում կայացած տարեվերջյան աշխատանքային խորհրդակցության ժամանակ, որը վարել է քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը, քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալ Կամո Արեյանը զեկուցել է, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետի հանձնարարությամբ ստեղծված աշխատանքային խումբը կազմել է գործարար միջավայրի բարելավման միջոցառումների ծրագիրը: Միաժամանակ զեկուցվել է, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի կողմից գործարար միջավայրի բարելավմանն ուղղված և արդեն կիրառվող երկու նախաձեռնություններն արժանացել են ՀՀ կառավարության հավանությանն ու բարձր գնահատականին: Նշվել է, որ խոսքը մասնավորապես քաղաքաշինական փաստաթղթերի և շինարարական թույլտվությունների տրամադրման կարգի պարզեցման և ժամկետների կրճատման մասին է։
Ըստ այդմ, մասնավորապես քաղաքաշինական, կառուցապատման թույլտվությունների տրամադրման կարգում ներմուծվել է նոր միացումների հետագիծ-նախագծի համաձայնեցման հիման վրա շինարարության թույլտվության տրամադրման հնարավորությունը, որի արդյունքում Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը նախկին 20-25 օրվա փոխարեն, արդեն 1-2 օրվա ընթացքում էլեկտրոնային եղանակով շինթույլտվություններ է տրամադրում մայրաքաղաքում ենթակառուցվածքների շահագործումն ու սպասարկումն իրականացնող «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա», «Վեոլիա Ջուր» և «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերություններին:
Արդեն կիրառվող երկրորդ կարևոր նախաձեռնությունն էլ վերաբերում է ավարտական ակտերի տրամադրման գործընթացին, համաձայն որի եթե իրականացվող կառուցապատման ընթացքում չի պահանջվում ենթակառուցվածքների նոր միացումների կամ եղածի փոփոխություններ, ապա դուրս է բերվում քաղաքացուց ավելորդ տեղեկանքներ պահանջելն ու հանձնաժողովներում մատակարար կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների ներգրավման և փաստաթղթերի ստորագրման գործառույթը, ինչն էապես կրճատում է ավարտական ակտի տրամադրման ժամկետները և քայլերը:
Քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալ Կամո Արեյանը նաև հավելել է, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի կողմից իրականացված վերոնշյալ քայլերն էապես հեշտացրել են իրավաբանական և ֆիզիկական անձանց կողմից քաղաքաշինական փաստաթղթեր ստանալու գործընթացը, ինչը և գնահատվել է ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից:
Կարևորելով գործարար միջավայրի բարելավմանն ուղղված քայլերն ու նախաձեռնությունները, քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը հանձնարարել է շարունակել այդ ուղղությամբ աշխատանքներն ու անհրաժեշտության դեպքում ներկայացնել նոր առաջարկներ:
