Վրաստանի քայլն Ադրբեջանում դավաճանություն են համարում
BLOGԱրևելագետ Արտյոմ Տոնոյանը անդրադառնալով ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի Վրաստան կատարած այցի մասին միջազգային մամուլի արձագանքներին «Ֆեյսբուք» սոցիալական ցանցի իր էջում գրում է.
«Ժամանակ առ ժամանակ Հայաստանում եղել են և լինում են բարձրաձայնումներ առ այն, որ Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանին քառակողմ շրջափակման մեջ դնելու համար շատ ակտիվ աշխատում է ոչ միայն Հայաստանի հարավի՝ Իրանի ուղղությամբ, այլ նաև շատ ավելի ակտիվ՝ մեր հյուսիսում՝ Վրաստանում։
Ընդ որում, եթե Իրանի պարագայում գործ ունի հսկայական ռեսուրսներ, կայսերական ավանդույթներ և բարձր հարգանք վայելող հայկական համայնք ունեցող երկրի հետ, և հետևաբար հնարավորություններն այդ ուղղությամբ արդյունքներ գրանցելու շատ ցածր են, ապա Վրաստանի պարագայում իրավիճակը մեր տեսակետից շատ ավելի բարդ է։ Վրաստանի վրա կիրառվող ադրբեջանական առնվազն էներգետիկ և ժողորվրդագրական լծակները մշտապես ունենալու են որոշակի ազդեցություն հայ-վրացական հարաբերությունների զարգացմանը խոչընդոտելու առումով։
Բավական էր, որ Վրաստանի վարչապետ Կվիրիկաշվիլին հայտարարեր, որ Հայաստանը տեսականորեն կարող է օգտվել (բացառապես ֆորսմաժորային իրավիճակներում) Աբխազիայի ու Հարավային Օսիայի տրանսպորտային միջանցքներից` Ռուսաստանից ապրանքները փոխադրելու համար, որպեսզի Ադրբեջանի փորձագետները սկսեին Վրաստանին դավաճան աանվանել
Ստորև դնում եմ ադրբեջանցի քաղաքագետներից մեկի՝ նշված հարցի առնչությամբ տված մեկնաբանությունից մի հատված․
«Վրաստանի կառավարության այս քայլը դեմ է Ադրբեջանի շահերին։ Սա նույնիսկ հնարավոր է գնահատել որպես Ադրբեջանի դեմ դավաճանություն, քանի որ թե տնտեսական առումով, թե էներգետիկ ապահովման տեսանկյունից Ադրբեջանն արդեն տարիներով բոլոր մակարդակներում Վրաստանին անօրինակ օգնություն է ցույց տալիս։
Վրաստանի տնտեսության ծնկի չգալու մեջ Ադրբեջանը մեծ դեր է ունեցել և այսօր էլ ունի։ Ամենածանր պահերին Վրաստանին ձեռք մեկնողը Ադրբեջանն է։ Այժմ էլ Ադրբեջանից Վրաստանին շատ մեծ օգնություն է ցուցաբերվում։ Ադրբեջանն իր էներգակիրները Վրաստանին վաճառում է զեղչային պայմաններով։
Բացի այդ, Վրաստանում ապրում է ավելի քան 500.000 ադրբեջանցի և նրանք այնտեղ ամենահին բնիկ ժողովուրդն են։ Վրաստանը պետք է ադրբեջանական հողերը օկուպացրած և այժմ էլ թշնամական դիրքորոշում ունեցող Հայաստանի հետ իր հարաբերություններում այս ամենն ամբողջությամբ հաշվի առնի։ Օկուպանտ երկրին փաստացիորեն լուրջ շունչ տալը քայլ է՝ ուղղված Ադրբեջանի դեմ։ Եթե Վրաստանն օժանդակում է օկուպանտ մի պետության, ապա դա, անկասկած, կարող է բացասաբար ազդել Ադրբեջանի հետ հարաբերությունների վրա»։
