Հաջորդ տարվա բյուջեի արտաքին փոխառությունների զգալի մասը կուղղվի էներգետիկ ոլորտին
ECONOMICSՀայաստանի արտաքին փոխառությունները գալիք տարում կկազմեն 411 միլիոն դոլար, որից 307,3 միլիոն դոլարը կուղղվի ՀՀ արտաքին պարտքի սպասարկմանը: Տեղեկությունն ամփոփված է ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության «2018 թվականի փոխառությունների ծրագրում»:
Նշյալ արտաքին փոխառու միջոցներից 99 միլիոն դոլարը կամ 48 միլիարդ դրամը կուղղվի բյուջետային աջակցության ծրագրերին, իսկ 312 միլիոն դրամը կամ 151 միլիարդ դրամը` նպատակային ծրագրերին: Պարտքի սպասարկման համար ծրագրված 307.3 միլիոն դոլարից 144 միլիոնը կուղղվի արտաքին վարկերի գծով մայր գումարի մարմանը, 97.5 միլիոն դոլարը` վարկերի գծով տոկոսավճարներին, 65.8 միլիոն դոլարը արտարժութային պարտատոմսերի սպասարկմանը:
Հաջորդ տարվա արտաքին փոխառությունների կառուցվածքում 30.5 տոկոսը բաժին է հասնում Ռուսաստանին (125 միլիոն դոլար), 26.1 տոկոսը` Ասիական զարգացման բանկին (107 միլիոն), 14.8 տոկոսը` Վերակառուցման և զարգացման միջազգային բանկից (61 միլիոն դոլար), 12.9 տոկոսը Գերմանիայից (53 միլիոն), 4.3 տոկոսը` Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկից (18 միլիոն), 2.8 տոկոսը`Ֆրանսիայից (12 միլիոն), 8.5 տոկոսն այլ վարկատուներից:
Փոխառությունների ամենամեծ մասը` 150 միլիոն դոլարը կուղղվի էներգետիկ ծրագրերի իրականացմանը, որից 114 միլիոն դոլարը Հայկական ատոմակայանի վերականգնման ծրագրին: Ճանապարհաշինության ոլորտին կհատկացվի 73 միլիոն դոլար, որից «Հյուսիս-հարավ» տրանսպորտային միջանցքի ներդրումային ծրագրի իրականացմանը կուղղվի 34 միլիոն դոլար: Ոռոգման համակարգերի արդիականացման համար նախատեսված է 34 միլիոն դոլար, կրթական և սոցիալական ծրագրերին`28 միլիոն դոլար, ջրամատակարարման համակարգին`8 միլիոն դոլար:
