POLITICSԱԺ պատգամավոր, «Եվրոպական ինտեգրացիա» հասարակական կազմակերպության ղեկավար Կարեն Բեքարյանի խոսքով՝ 2017 թվականին ականատես եղանք ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների՝ Արցախյան խնդրի կարգավորման առնչությամբ տասից ավելի հաղորդագրությունների և հայտարարությունների:
Past.am-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այսօրվա ասուլիսին հայտարարեց պատգամավորը: «Համանախագահությունը բավականին ակտիվ է աշխատել, այլ հարց է՝ որքան արդյունավետ: Ունեցել ենք նաև համանախագահող երկրների ԱԳ նախարարների հայտարարություն, որն իր աստիճանով ավելի բարձր մակարդակ է: Եղավ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարների հինգ հանդիպում, ինչպես նաև նախագահների մեկ հանդիպում՝ Ժնևոմ:
Բանակցային գործընթացը հիմնվել է մի քանի հիմնական ուղղությունների վրա: Մի կողմից դա Վիեննա-Սանկտ Պետերբուրգ-Ժնև շղթան է՝ սահմանին լարվածությունը թուլացնելու, մյուս կողմից բանակցային գործընթացը տեղից շարժելու խնդրով: Այսինքն՝ միջնորդները և բանակցային կողմերն իրենց աշխատանքը փորձում են կառուցել երկու ուղղությամբ: Անցնող տարում սահմանային միջադեպերի հետևանքով եղել են զոհեր և վիրավորներ: Սխալ կլինի ասել, թե լիցքաթափում է եղել:Նման տարրեր կարելի է տեսնել միայն Ժնևյան հանդիպումից հետո»,- նշեց բանախոսը:
Բեքարյանը կարևորեց, որ ՀՀ-ԵՄ համաձայնագրում ամրագրվեց Արցախյան հիմնախնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորման անհրաժեշտությունը: Ըստ նրա՝ մի բան է, երբ խնդրի մասին հայտարարությամբ հանդես է գալիս որևէ երկրի պաշտոնյամեկ այլ բան, երբ փաստաթղթում ներկայացված է 28 երկրների միասնական կարծիքը:
