Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը ներկա է գտնվել Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի Պատանեկության ստեղծագործական կենտրոնի վերաբացման հանդիսավոր արարողությանը: Շուրջ 30 երաժշտական, գեղարվեստական, կիրառական ու սպորտային խմբակ ունեցող մշակութային օջախը հիմնադրման օրվանից ի վեր երբևէ հիմնանորոգման չէր ենթարկվել: Այսօր շուրջ 800 սաների կրթության ու դաստիարակության համար ապահովվել են անհրաժեշտ բոլոր պայմանները: 

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով Երևանի քաղաքապետին մայրաքաղաքի մշակութային օջախների պայմանների բարելավմանն ուղղված ծրագրային հստակ քաղաքականության համար` կենտրոնի տնօրենն ընդգծել է, որ ծրագիրն իսկապես սպասված էր ինչպես աշխատակազմի, այնպես էլ դպրոց հաճախող երեխաների ու նրանց ծնողների կողմից: Ծանոթանալով կատարված աշխատանքներին` քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը մեկ անգամ ևս վստահեցրել է, որ նախանշված բոլոր ծրագրերը լինելու են շարունակական բոլոր վարչական շրջաններում, և այն խնդիրները, որոնք առաջադրվել են բնակիչների կողմից, հետզհետե կստանան լուծումներ: 
«Համաչափ զարգացման համատեքստում մեր կողմից խնդիր է դրված հարմարավետ պայմաններ ապահովել բոլոր վարչական շրջաններում: Անելիքներ, իհարկե, դեռ կան և մենք հետևողականորեն շարունակելու ենք բոլոր ոլորտներում մեր ծրագրային աշխատանքները՝ օր առաջ մեր համաքաղաքացիների համար ավելի բարեկարգ և հարմարավետ միջավայր ապահովելու ուղղությամբ», - նշել է Տարոն Մարգարյանը:
