Սիրելի՛ համաքաղաքացիներ,
Շուտով միասին կդիմավորենք 2018 թվականը: Հնի ու նորի այս ճամփաբաժանին նախ և առաջ ամփոփում ենք անցնող տարին՝ այն հաստատուն վստահությամբ, որ անպայման ամրապնդելու և ավելացնելու ենք բոլոր ձեռքբերումները, որ ունեցել ենք անցնող տարում:
Երևանն այսօր աշխարհում ճանաչելի է որպես անվտանգ, համաչափ զարգացող, բարի և հյուրընկալ քաղաք: Եվ սա մեր համատեղ ու հետևողական աշխատանքի, մեր քաղաքի հանդեպ ունեցած յուրաքանչյուրիս նվիրումի և սրտացավ վերաբերմունքի արդյունքն է, ինչի համար անկեղծորեն շնորհակալ եմ բոլորիդ:
Սիրելի՛ համաքաղաքացիներ,
2018 թվականը հոբելյանական տարի է լինելու մեր սիրելի քաղաքի համար: Համայն հայության մայրաքաղաքը նշելու է հիմնադրման 2800-ամյակը: Ամեն սերնդի չէ, որ բախտ է վիճակվում նշել նման պատկառելի հոբելյան, առավել ևս հպարտանալ հարազատ քաղաքի հազարամյակների պատմությամբ և դինամիկ զարգացող ներկայով: Սա հրաշալի հնարավորություն է աշխարհին արժանապատիվ ներկայացնելու մեր սիրելի քաղաքը՝ ևս մեկ անգամ փաստելու, որ արարող հայերս գիտե՛նք գնահատել մեր քաղաքն ու սիրել սրտանց:
Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,
Մայրաքաղաքի սիրելի՛ բնակիչներ և հյուրեր,
Տարվա տոնացույցի մեջ Ամանորն այն եզակի տոնն է, երբ շատերն անկեղծորեն հավատում են հրաշքի և վստահ են, որ այն կարո՛ղ է իրականանալ:
Թերևս այդպես էլ կա, քանզի այս օրերին ասվող յուրաքանչյուր բարեմաղթանքի մեջ անսահման բարություն և անկեղծություն կա: Միանալով բոլոր այդ բարեմաղթանքներին՝ անսպառ սեր ու ջերմություն եմ մաղթում բոլորիս ընտանիքներին:
Թող 2018 թվականը խաղաղության, վերելքի, բարեկեցության և նվիրական իղձերի իրականացման տարի լինի մեր երկրի, մեր ժողովրդի ու քաղաքամայր Երևանի համար:
