SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով երեկ՝ դեկտեմբերի 31-ին և այսօր՝ հունվարի 1-ին, հրավառության հետևանքով արտակարգ դեպքեր են տեղի ունեցել հանրապետությունում: Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հունվարի 1-ին, ժամը 01:00-ի սահմաններում Մարտունու բժշկական կենտրոնից Ոստիկանության Մարտունու բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ «ձախ ձեռքի առաջին մատի ափային, դիմային հոդի շրջանի պատռված վերք» և «աջ ձեռքի առաջին մատի ափային հոդի շրջանի պատռված վերք» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ են տեղափոխվել 2 երեխա: Հիվանդանոց են մեկնել Ոստիկանության Մարտունու բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը Մարտունու ոստիկանապետ Կարեն Սերոբյանի գլխավորությամբ: Ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ երեխաները հիվանդանոց են տեղափոխվել Աստղաձոր գյուղի Ազատամարտիկների փողոցի իրենց տանից, որտեղ էլ 8-ամյա Գոհար Սահակյանն ու 6-ամյա Արման Սահակյանը վնասվածքները ստացել են իրենց տանը հրավառություն կատարելու հետևանքով: Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ Գ. և Ա. Սահակյանները քույր ու եղբայր են: Փաստի առթիվ Ոստիկանության Մարտունու բաժնի հետաքննչական բաժանմունքում հետաքննություն է սկսվել: Երեկ՝ դեկտեմբերի 31-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Լոռու մարզում: Ժամը 23:50-ի սահմաններում Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության Փրկարար ծառայության և Ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոններ ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Մեծավան գյուղի Լատիշական փողոցում խոտի դեզ է այրվում: Դեպքի վայր են մեկնել Ոստիկանության Տաշիրի բաժնի օպերտաիվ խումբը՝ Տաշիրի ոստիկանապետ Արտակ Հովհաննիսյանի գխավորությամբ: Ժամանել են նաև ԱԻՆ ՓԾ Տաշիրի հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատը՝ 2 մարտական հաշվարկով, ովքեր մարել 58-ամյա Վաչագան Սելոյանին պատկանող 400 հատ խոտի հակը: Պարզվել է, որ կրակը առաջացել է Վ. Սոլոյանի թոռնուհու՝ 11-ամյա Դիաննա Սոլոյանի կողմից հրաժայթիչի անզգուշության օգտագործման հետևանքով: Գ. Շամշյանի տեղկություններով վնասը կազմում է մոտ 400 հազար դրամ: Փաստի առթիվ Ոստիկանության Տաշիրի բաժնի հետաքննչական բաժանմունքում հետաքննություն է սկսվել: Փրկարարներին ու գյուղացիներին հաջողվել է կրակը մարել ժամը 02:30-ին: Այսօր՝ հունվարի 1-ին, ժամը 00:40-ի սահմաններում «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոնից Ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ «աջ ձեռքի առաջին միջմատային ծալքի պատռված վերք, թենարի շրջանի հեմատոմա» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել մի տղա: Հիվանդանոց են մեկնել Ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ, Ոստիկանության գնդապետ Ռուբեն Ներսիսյանի գլխավորությամբ: Ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ վիրավորը Մ. Խորենացի փողոցի 3-րդ նրբանցքի բնակիչ 36-ամյա Արթուր Ամիրյանն է, ով վնասվածքը ստացել է նույն օրը ժամը 00:10-ի սահմաններում իրենց տան բակում հրավառություն կատարելու հետևանքով: Փաստի առթիվ Ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնի հետաքննչական բաժանմունքի ավագ հետաքննիչ Մեջլումյանի կողմից նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում: Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
