«Երբ ամիսներ առաջ մեր լրագրողներից մեկը ՀՀ կապի և տրանսպորտի նախարար Գագիկ Բեգլարյանից հետաքրքրվել Էր՝ խնդիրներ չկան «Կորսան Կորվիամ Կոնստրուքսյոն Էս-Էյ» իսպանական կազմակերպության հետ, նա պատասխանել էր. «Ոչ մի խնդիր չկա։ Այդ կարգի ապատեղեկատվություն տարածողները երևի իրենք են ուզում, որ խնդիրներ լինեն»։ Պարզվում է՝ խնդիրներ կան, այն էլ՝ ինչպիսի։ Նախկինում խոսակցություն կար, որ «հայկական ավանդական» կոռուպցիոն գործունեության պատճառով իսպանացիները դժվարանում են իրականացնել Հյուսիս-Հարավ ճանապարհի կառուցման աշխատանքները և որոշել են հեռանալ Հայաստանից։ Սակայն պարզվում է՝ մեր իրավապահները որոշել են «չթողնել», որ հեռանան։ Մենք տեղեկություններ ունեինք, որ իսպանական ընկերության դեմ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել, երեկ ֆինանսների նախարարությունից հաստատեցին այդ տեղեկությունը։

 Մեր հարցմանն ի պատասխան, ֆիննախից տեղեկացրին. «2014թ. հոկտեմբերի 10-ին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 205-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ «ԿՈՐՍԱՆ-ԿՈՐՎԻԱՍ ԿՈՆԱՏՐՈՒԿՑԻՈՆ» բաժնետիրական ընկերության հայաստանյան մասնաճյուղի կողմից առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով հարկեր վճարելուց խուսափելու դեպքի առթիվ։ Սույն քրգործով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավված անձ չկա։ Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է»։ Հիշեցնենք, որ «Կորսան Կորվիամ Կոնստրուքսյոն էս-էյ» կազմակերպությունը հաղթել Է 2012-ին հայտարարված, ՀՀ և Ասիական զարգացման բանկի համատեղ ֆինանսավորմամբ իրականացվող Հյուսիս-Հարավ ճանապարհային միջանցքի ներդրումային ծրագրով հայտարարված մրցույթում։ Ընկերությունից մեր զանգերին չպատասխանեցին, սակայն «Հյուսիս-Հարավ» ՊՈԱԿ-ից տեղեկացանք, որ ընկերությունը չի դադարեցրել աշխատանքները, ճանապարհի կառուցապատումը շարունակվում Է»,–գրում է թերթը։
